Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday he and his New Zealand counterpart Murray McCully agreed to restart full-format cooperation.

McCully and Lavrov met in Moscow earlier in the day to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation within international organizations.

"We had very good talks, we decided to start again our full-format cooperation," Lavrov told reporters after the meeting.

According to the Russian official, Moscow's and Wellington's approaches on many international issues coincide.

"Out talks confirm our aim to renew the full-format cooperation," he added.

McCully said he had discussed the situation in Syria with Lavrov, underlining Moscow's influence in the region.

"Syria was discussed, we hope to find a way forward in Syria... we underline the influence of Russia in the region," McCully told reporters after the meeting.

The Donetsk People's Republic's (DPR) intelligence has spotted the arrival of a large group of Ukrainian military equipment to the area of the village of Novotroitskoye under Volnovaha. Main battle tanks and cannon artillery have been deployed there, the DAN news agency reported on Wednesday, citing Deputy Commander of the Republic's Operational Command, Eduard Basurin.

"We continue to spot the movement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' military equipment, prohibited by the Minsk agreements, near the line of the contact. Fifty eight units of military equipment, including main battle tanks, self-propelled artillery platforms and infantry combat vehicles, arrived in the area of the village of Novotroitskoye under Volnovaha (6 kilometers from the front)," Basurin said.

We sadly live in a selfish world. The wars surrounding ISIS see both the inflow and outflow of international terrorists, thus putting the world on alert. The war on Donbass sees only an inflow. So long as one isn't in Donbass, one's life is not endangered by this conflict. Because of this, the atrocities being committed are largely ignored by the international community. What a tragic statement on the nature of both political and human affairs this is.

Open letter from 'Aleppo doctors' to Obama turns out to be blatant propaganda

In 2016, we have become accustomed to relatively childish and easily deconstructed propaganda narratives that are circulated by the U.S. State Department and its mainstream media mouthpieces in order to discredit the Syrian government and drum up support for a NATO-led war on the secular government of Bashar al-Assad.

From scares related to chemical weapons (later demonstrated to be the work of NATO's terrorists), unproven and largely discredited claims that Assad is "killing his own people" or even that Assad is "supporting ISIS" has become the order of the day in American media. Recently, however, the State Department, office of origin of the "Ghaddafi is handing out Viagra to rapists" propaganda line, has issued yet another pathetic propaganda ploy against the Syrian government - an alleged letter written by alleged doctors alleging that the Syrian military is encircling Aleppo in order to allegedly kill civilians.

Are you sick of the word allegedly yet? Imagine how Syrians must feel. The only truth in the propaganda narrative of the West is that the Syrian military is encircling Aleppo. Beyond that, it has been demonstrated over and over again that Assad's forces are not targeting innocent civilians. Neither have the doctors in question been confirmed as actually being doctors or even that the letter was written by whoever these individuals might turn out to be. In other words, the whole story of the letter is merely a . . . well, allegation.

As the Syrian Arab Army and Syrian government make more significant advances in restoring security to northern Syria's Aleppo and its population, war-propagandizing human rights groups posing as neutral, and Western media (and Gulf counterparts like Al Jazeera) churn out recycled and debunked accusations anew.

According to these compromised US government and Soros-funded NGOs and much of the corporate media, there is only one "last" pediatrician and a scarce number of doctors left in Aleppo. They are, of course, referring solely to the terrorist-occupied regions of Aleppo (eastern and some northern quarters) and even then ignore the reality that the Syrian government continues to pay the salaries of doctors in terrorist-occupied areas, including eastern Aleppo.

Western corporate media 'disappears' over 1.5 million Syrians and 4,000 doctors

US military spokesman claims Iran-backed Shiite forces in Iraq now estimated at 100,000

Iran-backed Shiite fighters in Iraq now number up to 100,000 fighters, the first-known estimate of their size, according to the US military. It was earlier reported that Iran's Syria-based commander is preparing to retake the Iraqis city of Mosul.

In what appears to be a deepening role played by Iran in the fight against Islamic State (IS, ISIS/formerly ISIL), the forces' estimates range anywhere from 80,000 up to 100,000, according to spokesman Colonel Chris Garver, who confirmed the figure to Fox after it was first floated by the head of US Central Command, Army General Joe Votel in late July, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

According to Garver, not all Shiite fighters making up the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) are Iran-backed - that figure usually stands at about 80,000. The rest of the figure is a mashup of Sunni tribal fighters from Iraqi provinces of Anbar and Nineveh, also rising up against the IS threat.

Hundreds of Chinese vessels sailing close to the disputed Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea have reportedly been captured on camera by Japan's Coast Guard. The aerial footage indicates the high level of tension in the area.

The video, apparently shot from inside a low-flying patrol aircraft, has been released online by the Japanese Coast Guard, the Japan Times reported on Tuesday.

It shows what Japan said were multiple Chinese vessels traveling near the Senkaku Islands - known in China as the Diaoyu Islands - as well as Japanese patrol ships trying to prevent the Chinese ships from advancing into the disputed area.

US-backed forces give hundreds of Daesh fighters safe passage

Several hundred vehicles containing 100 to 200 Islamic State fighters were given safe passage by US-based forces, out of the northern Syrian city of Manbij, after surrendering their weapons, according to defense officials.

US Army Col. Carver, a spokesman for the US-led coalition fighters, told Pentagon reporters the decision to let Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) convoys leave the city was made by commanders of the Syrian Democratic Force.

Col. Carver described how IS had civilians in each of the vehicles, and the military wanted to avoid casualties. He didn't know how many of the civilians had been in the cars voluntarily but said some were likely hostages.

The 100 to 200 fighters left the city of Manbij last Friday under watch of coalition drones to ensure the militants didn't regroup and try to return to the city.

Council on Foreign Relations' new PR video - that still can't undo its NWO one world government agenda

Angelina Jolie, Richard Haass, Robert Rubin: NWO suck-ups all.
New World Order propaganda rules and shapes the world. And there's no more powerful propagator of propaganda that rules and shapes US global hegemony, world events and major geopolitical developments than the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). On its own website, the CFR describes itself as "an independent, nonpartisan membership organization, think tank, and publisher." Two weeks ago the powerful organization celebrated its 95th anniversary since it's been the most influential force dictating US foreign policy throughout the 20th century chauvinistically called "the American century" right into the present 21st aptly called the New World Order century. The CFR is financed by highly endowed, tax exempt Rockefeller, Ford and Carnegie foundations.

The Bilderberg and CFR's chosen member to become America's next presidential puppet - Hillary Clinton - made no bones about whom she takes her NW Orders from:
"I am delighted to be here in these new headquarters. I have been often to, I guess, the mother ship in New York City, but it's good to have an outpost of the Council right here down the street from the State Department. We get a lot of advice from the Council, so this will mean I won't have as far to go to be told what we should be doing and how we should think about the future."
In 1950 the arrogant son of one of the Council on Foreign Relations' founders, James Warburg emphatically decreed to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, "We shall have world government whether or not you like it - by conquest or consent."

Russia warns US to get out of the way in Syria as it bombs ISIS from Iranian airbase

Russia has warned the United States that it is using an Iranian airfield for bombing the Islamic State's positions in Syria, Colonel Christopher Garver, spokesman for the US-led international coalition, told journalists at a press briefing via teleconference held at the Pentagon building on Tuesday.

"What I will say is the Russians did notify the coalition as per the Memorandum of Understanding for safety of flight," Colonel Garver said.

"They activated that system, as we have in the past. They informed us they were coming through and we ensured safety of flight as those bombers passed through the area and toward their target and then when they passed out again. They did not impact coalition operations in either Iraq or Syria during the time," the US colonel emphasized.

"We knew in time when they activate the safety of flight memorandum of understanding instructions. It's not a lot of time, but it's enough, and it was enough time to make sure that we could ensure safety of flights," he added.

At the same time, Garver refused to comment on the Russian air strikes. "I 'm not going to talk about the specifics of their operations. You can ask them about that," he said.

Serbia tells Biden to bugger off, says a resounding NO to anti-Russian sanctions

Belgrade will not back the European Union's sanctions against Moscow for the purpose of mirroring Brussels' foreign policy, Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said during a meeting with US Vice President Joe Biden. Biden met Nikolic in the Serbian capital of Belgrade during his three-day trip to the region that will include a visit to Kosovo.

"We cannot introduce sanctions against Russia if it means [Serbia's] harmonization with EU foreign policy. We are tied to Russia, we are bound with the United States where a large Serbian community lives," Nikolic said Tuesday.

During the talks, Biden and Nikolic also agreed on the importance of Serbia strengthening relations with its neighbors to ensure regional stability, according to the White House.

In 2014, relations between Russia and the European Union deteriorated amid the crisis in Ukraine. Brussels, Washington and their allies introduced several rounds of anti-Russia sanctions over Crimea's secession from Ukraine, accusing Moscow of meddling in the Ukrainian conflict. In July, the European Union agreed to renew the sanctions against Russia for six months.

Comment: The US via the EU has been pressuring Serbia to join their insane economic war on Russia for the past few years and using EU membership as bait. Fortunately Serbia understands what 'harmonization with EU foreign policy' really means.

National Endowment for Democracy, the legal window of the CIA

ned ngo cia
For 30 years, the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) has been sub-contracting the legal part of illegal CIA operations. Without rousing suspicions, it has put in place the biggest network of corruption in the world, bribing trade unions and management syndicates, political parties on both the Right and Left so that they defend the interests of the United States instead of their members. In this article, Thierry Meyssan describes the extent of this system.

In 2006, Kremlin denounced the proliferation of foreign associations in Russia, some of which would have participated in a secret plan, orchestrated by the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), to destabilize the country. To prevent a "color revolution", Vladislav Surkov drew up strict regulation over these non-governmental organizations (NGOs). In the West, this administrative framework was described as a "fresh assault on freedom of association by Putin the "Dictator" and his adviser".

This policy has been followed by other States who in their turn, have been labelled by the international press as "dictators".
