4 MH17 Questions, the answers to which prove Dutch police, Kiev SS and US govt are faking evidence of shootdown

MH17 shootdown
© johnhelmer.net
You don't need to be an expert in ground-to-air warfare, radar, missile ordnance, or forensic criminology to understand the three fundamental requirements for prosecuting people for crimes. The first is proof of intention to do what happened. The second is proof of what could not have happened amounts to proof that it didn't happen. The third is proof beyond reasonable doubt.

These are not, repeat not, the principles of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), a team of police, prosecutors, and spies from The Netherlands, Ukraine, Malaysia, Belgium, and Australia. They have committed themselves to proving that a chain of Russian military command intended to shoot down and was criminally responsible for the destruction of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 on July 17, 2014, and for the deaths of all 298 people on board. The JIT case for Russian culpability hinges on five elements occurring in sequence - that a BUK missile was launched to the east of the aircraft, and approached it head-on, before exploding on the port (left) side of the cockpit.

Pause, rewind, then reread slowly in order to identify the elements of intention, causation, and culpability: (1) the BUK missile was aimed with a target acquisition radar by operators inside a BUK vehicle at a target flying in the sky and ordered to fire; (2) they fired from their vehicle parked on the ground facing east towards the aircraft's approach; (3) the missile flew west and upwards to a height of 10,060 metres; (4) the warhead detonated; (5) the blast and the shrapnel tore the cockpit from the main fuselage; destroyed one of the aircraft engines; and caused the aircraft to catch fire, fall to the ground in pieces, and kill everyone.

Ecocide on trial: Monsanto tribunal to be held in The Hague

monsanto crimes
As many readers know, we are living in an era of blatant evil, disregard for humanity, illegal wars, manufactured terrorism, broad corruption without consequences and outright tyranny as the global network of criminals pushing for their new world order continue to do whatever it takes to reach their stated goals. In the midst of this ongoing process truth seekers find themselves (ourselves) in an intense information war against these ruling elite. This information war strikes at the very heart of what the ruling elite do. In other words, humanity is in the state that it is in because of the information war carefully plotted and waged against humanity by the ruling elite using their information war mechanisms (CIA, US military Intelligence, Special Forces, NGOs, transnational corporations, non-profit organizations, etc). These information war mechanisms and entities, however, are systematically being exposed and stripped completely of their privacy as humanity awakens to their schemes and deceptions designed to enslave, oppress and kill off a sizable segment of humanity for their financial and personal gain.

On the heels of the revelation that the Pentagon paid a UK PR firm to produce fake terrorism videos for the purposes of manufacturing civil unrest and conflict (like we didn't know that already) in Iraq, it's nice to see that more and more of the ruling elite's plans are now being widely revealed for the world to see who the bad guys are and how they operate.

Comment: Why stop at Monsanto? Other companies such as Bayer, Dow, DuPont, Syngenta and BASF are just as evil in committing human rights abuses. And now that Syngenta/ChemChina and Bayer/Monsanto mergers these corporate beasts will become even more impossible to tame.

Busted Birmingham brothel owner claims he lent millions in profits to Greek government

A pensioner who is thought to have made millions of pounds running a brothel in Birmingham claims he lent all his money to the Greek government to help the country out of their financial crisis.

Achilleos Neophytou is said to have earned £7 million ($8.9 million) operating a sex parlor called the Libra Club in Birmingham, where up to 200 professionals visited every day.

The 66-year-old, however, rejected the term 'brothel' and told reporters on camera the business was "a public service."

Neophytou appeared at Birmingham Crown Court alongside five others last week and pleaded guilty to keeping, managing or assisting in the management of a brothel for the purposes of prostitution. After appearing in court, Neophytou, who is on bail, told reporters that all kinds of professionals visited the sex parlor, including lawyers and doctors.

When asked by reporters where his profits went, he replied: "Ahh, where's the money, that's a good question. Poor Tsipras was running out of money, you know, Greece. And we lend them to Tsipras!"

FBI questioned for allowing the destruction of Clinton's aides' laptops in special 'side agreements'

Clinton and James Comey with busted laptops graphic
A newly released letter from Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Bob Goodlatte, addressed to Attorney General Loretta Lynch shows the FBI made side agreements with Hillary Clinton's aides Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson to "destroy" their "laptops" at the conclusion of its search.

Destroying the laptops of two of Clinton's most trusted aides would, of course, prevent further investigation by the FBI or any other agency — which begs a few rather imperative questions.

For one, as Zero Hedge rightly observed, "we can't help but note that the FBI appears to have acted as a co-conspirator in what appears to be an unprecedented case of destruction of key evidence."

Millions displaced, lives lost in the West's 'war of profits'

Fleeting moments

After the UN summit in New York to highlight the plight of refugees and migrants, it is pertinent to investigate which countries in the world are most responsible for rendering people homeless. People migrating to avoid famines, poverty and pestilence form a small part of the misery story. The much larger and most gruesome part relates to those who were forced to flee their countries because of the imperial wars imposed on them.

The UN summit on the status of refugees revealed that "sixty-five million people had been forced to flee their homes because of conflict, violence or persecution". To count himself among the tenderhearted who deeply felt about the plight of refugees, Barack Obama uttered words of empathy for them during his speech at the UN General Assembly. An act of glaring dichotomy there if we question which country profits from wars and conflict and is, therefore, responsible for making peaceful and settled people homeless.

The US is the largest manufacturer and exporter of military equipment in the world. In 2015, it spent $596 billion on its military - an amount larger than the combined military expense of the next six high spending countries of the world. The US has grabbed 54 percent share of world's supplies of military hardware.

Now the big question: with colossal allocation of funds to develop the military machine, would the superpower want the wars to end? Or would it stoke wars to benefit its economy and its defence contractors? It's relevant to point out that the manufacturers of military hardware are the leading contributors towards various US election campaigns.

On the heels of being hacked, Yahoo! found to be secretly scanning customer emails for U.S. intelligence

Yahoo Inc last year secretly built a custom software program to search all of its customers' incoming emails for specific information provided by U.S. intelligence officials, according to people familiar with the matter.

The company complied with a classified U.S. government directive, scanning hundreds of millions of Yahoo Mail accounts at the behest of the National Security Agency or FBI, said two former employees and a third person apprised of the events.

Some surveillance experts said this represents the first case to surface of a U.S. Internet company agreeing to a spy agency's demand by searching all arriving messages, as opposed to examining stored messages or scanning a small number of accounts in real time.

Best of the Web: Battle of Armageddon: Will it come on Obama's or Clinton's watch?

Fall of Babylon painting

"Russia will continue to send troops home in body bags".. - John Kirby, US State Department.
The battle of Armageddon refers to the final war between human governments and God. In the book of Revelations, in Christian scriptures, this ultimate battle of good and evil takes place on a plain beneath the Israeli town of Megiddo. Most scholars agree the reference to the town is figurative only, but Tel Megiddo is just over 80 miles from embattled Damascus, Syria. I know this is an interesting revelation for some, but geographic proximity to end days is not the only "coincidental" moment of our time.

There's a song from the 1960s that comes to mind. The melody and lyrics of the Zager and Evans super hit tune "In the Year 2525" are droning in my brain this morning, one stanza in particular: "In the year 7510 If God's a-comin' he ought to make it by then Maybe he'll look around himself and say Guess it's time for the Judgement day."

Sweden and Iranian flags
Sweden's Ambassador to Tehran Helena Sangeland announced that several high-ranking Swedish officials have plans to visit Iran to further expand ties between the two countries.

"The visit is on the agenda by a number of Swedish officials to the Islamic Republic of Iran to develop bilateral relations," Sangeland said in a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in Tehran on Tuesday during which she submitted her credentials to Zarif.

During the meeting, the Iranian top diplomat voiced satisfaction in his recent visit to Sweden, and said, "After my visit, a large number of Swedish companies announced preparedness to develop economic cooperation with Iran."

In relevant remarks in early June, Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallstrom in a meeting with Zarif in Stockholm called for the expansion of relations between the two countries.

"There is a need for enhanced cooperation between Iran and Sweden under the present conditions," Wallstrom said.

The White Helmets: "Save Aleppo" protest proves how easy it is to dress up actors as War Victims

Recent protests held across North America and Europe staged by supporters of armed militants in Syria have staged scenes in Western streets eerily similar to those featured in the photos and videos of the US-European funded "Syrian Civil Defence" also known as the "White Helmets."
White helmet protest stage-1
© UnknownThis is not Aleppo, Syria, but rather the streets of Europe where a recent "save Aleppo" protest was staged. Actors posing in fake dust and blood proved just how easy it is for anyone to create "war victims" anytime, anywhere.
Saudi state media, Al Arabiya English would report in an October 1, 2016 article titled, "Worldwide protest against Assad, Russia to 'save Aleppo'," that:
The stalling talks between international powers on Syria - with Russia ramping up its air raid campaign - has ignited worldwide protests calling for an end to the horror in Aleppo.

Protestors in Turkey, France, Netherlands, America and Canada took to the streets opposing Bashar al-Assad's and Russia's crimes in Aleppo, carrying posters that read "Stop bombing Aleppo" and "Save Aleppo".
Al Arabiya's ironic hand-wringing over Syria as Riyadh devastates Yemen with its own aerial bombardment and ground incursion, attempts to portray eastern Aleppo as a horrific cauldron where"where more than 250,000 civilians are trapped without food or clean water."
