The US tariffs "won't stop" the ratification of the North American trade deal, the Mexican president stated.
"This does not stop the process that began in order to ratify the treaty. We are going to move forward", Lopez Obrador said.
The president insisted that Mexico is working to stem the flow, saying "we are doing our job, without violating human rights".
The statement comes after Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said that an official Mexican delegation, headed by Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard, had left for the United States to settle the issue of the planned US trade tariffs.

Not only Chinese miners enjoyed gains on Wednesday, as shares of Australian rare earths producer Lynas reached a historic peak after they gained more than 15 percent in one day. Australia is one of the top global rare-earths producing countries, with annual output of 20,000 tons, but it is far behind Chinese yearly production of 120,000 tons.
Comment: This interview continues a recent push by "authority figures" in government and media discussing UFOs. There is clearly a push by those in power to begin the acceptance of other life forms in the universe by the general public. The question is, why?
