I am often reminded of Ram Dass' words of 'be here now' which was also echoed by Watts to live basically in the moment, to be present in that moment as one goes through the day,
This is often spoken about as being in the 'flow state' from which I think many may find themselves in when inadvertently engaged in something of substance whereas something like scrolling online does nothing other then numb a person and fuck up their vibrations; much like tell lie vision programming,
I could extrapolate more but I figure most get the gist, that along with not worrying about what goes on within the confines of others minds, let them kick their own cans down the road, no need to do it for them,
Be well brothers & sisters; may a strong mind, body and soul help you navigate the often troubled waters of life.
I hold my own mind and think apart from other men.
