British Prime Minister Keir Starmer took his entire cabinet to Washington last week for a pow-wow with their American war allies to plead his case for allowing Ukraine to use long-range precision weapons to target Russian military bases and missile launch sites deep within Russia. Putin said Russia will 'respond in kind' and, although no one knows what that means, the Anglo-Americans are confident the Russian president is bluffing.

This week on NewsReal, Joe & Niall explain, again, that nuclear exchange isn't in play here; the two sides are indeed escalating, but under the threshold of M.A.D., and against the clock of Ukrainian statehood collapsing into its own footprint. Anyway, nothing major is likely to happen before the US election.

I see the opinion expressed recently that Isreal's nuclear bombs are rather small, not liable to inflict serious damage on a hardened facility.

Also from Russia, the expressed opinion that it would be advantageous to Russia to employ tactical nuclear weapons as that would a) save the Russian infantry from having to do the job and/or b) inflict fewer civilian casualties than being reduced to total ruin everywhere due to advancing Russian artillery. As in the Ukraine.

Ulysses Grant had the same idea.

As a word, "Judeo-Christian" is not only oxymoronic, but a deliberate conflation. Christians share some traditions with Torah Jews, who are a small minority, though Christianity is profoundly different from mainstream Judaism.

Talmudic Judaism is more Babylonian tradition in character, & could actually be characterized as Satanism, which is the opposite of Christianity, & also Islam & Torah Judaism, for that matter.

Much the same could actually be said of Buddhism, Shamanism, & some pagan faiths.
