So unexpected it made me LOL and I agree.
For asexual things and creatures without a gender, like those counting themself to the LGBT/trans cult.
My native language features distinct male, female and neuter (neutered ... :)) pronouns, by the way. Like e.g. the Russian language does.
Even for the English language, which has the "the" for all three cases. Which is dissimiliar to all other languages close to English (FR, DE, NL, SV/NO/DK...).
No idea when and how that happened. But I assume such linguistic traits make an muddying of the waters (gender-confusing indoctrination) easier.
