However, in hindsight, I see the "diversity" movement as how corporate cultures were infiltrated by the Woke culture. The result was a deterioration in skill sets and merit recognition.
As I learned in my "career" in IT/SW development business, there is not much correlation between educational status and problem solving skills a.k.a. creativity. Like in many other fields.
I think this was by design and deliberately, to create a culture of highly educated yes-man who do not object to "strange policies" injected by the company leadership (i.e. the CIA/NSA straw men).
