The 'Squad' Earns Another Nickname: 'Four Horsewomen of The Apocalypse'

President Donald Trump is not letting go of his latest obsession: the four progressive Democratic freshmen Congresswomen who are also women of color.

Comment: Oy. Nothing like starting out with a bang. More accurately, Omar, Tlaib, Ocasio-Cortez and Pressley are obsessed with Trump. Just check their twitter feeds. Not only that, these upstart freshmen (women?) are leading an open rebellion against their own Speaker of the House, claiming that Pelosi is also a racist. Generally, that's political suicide, but this lot doesn't seem to care. The next election may bring a dose of reality.

In an early Wednesday morning rant Trump quoted Louisiana Republican Senator John Kennedy, a chameleon who likes to appear as a moderate on MSNBC, then take off his mask and reveal himself as strongly conservative.

Comment: "Strongly conservative" = anywhere to the right of Karl Marx.

Trump, quoting Kennedy, called the four Congresswomen, "wack jobs" and "the four horsewomen of the apocalypse," a phrase white nationalist Fox News host Laura Ingraham coined to attack the progressive Democrats when they were first elected in November.

"In America, if you hate our Country, you are free to leave. The simple fact of the matter is, the four Congresswomen think that America is wicked in its origins, they think that America is even more wicked now, that we are all racist and evil. They're entitled to their opinion, they're Americans. Now I'm entitled to my opinion, & I just think they're left wing cranks. They're the reason there are directions on a shampoo bottle, & we should ignore them. The 'squad' has moved the Democrat Party substantially LEFT, and they are destroying the Democrat Party. I'm appalled that so many of our Presidential candidates are falling all over themselves to try to agree with the four horsewomen of the apocalypse. I'm entitled to say that they're Wack Jobs."

Here's Sen. Kennedy last night talking to Fox News' host Tucker Carlson, who has been accused of being a white supremacist.

Trump finished his rant by claiming - falsely - House Democrats are getting nothing done. Meanwhile, the truth is the House has passed 325 bills but "grim reaper" Mitch McConnell is refusing to allow almost any to come to the floor.

Comment: Notice that Badash gives no specific examples of the bills being held up, nor the reasons why that may be. Maybe because the bills show no compromise with the Republicans?

ironjam628 Not really considering the Democratic party is still going after collusion and interference for 3 years now. The 4 congresswomen and the D party have done this to themselves. The 2020 D candidates are so scared of being labeled by these 4 that they stumble over themselves to reiterate their talking points. All Pres DT did was add a cap full of petrol to the fire and highlight the democratic party's self destruction.

It is funny however, that all these Democratic congressmen and women are spending their time focused on impeachment, Russia, collusion, racism, identity politics, open borders, fully backing illegal immigration, full immunity to illegal immigrants, full benefits to all illegal immigrants, free drivers license to illegal immigrants, the "you can keep your DR" routine, Trumps tweets, supporting Antifa and their violence, but cannot find the time to help the 1,000's of homeless within their own districts.

I find it less than amusing that the theatrics exhibited by this gang of thugs, like so many other gangs of thug in Washington, do absolutely nothing to help uplift the lives of their constituents. Each one of these thugs represents districts wherein crime and poverty are the daily diet of many; yet none of them has yet to even introduce any legislation whatsoever that could actually help those in their districts. At least one of them destroyed an opportunity for over 25,000 persons in their district to obtain entry-level and middle management jobs despite the fact that multiple polls told her over 55% of the voters in her district very much welcomed and wanted those jobs.

It is also interesting to note that each of them refuses to denounce Antifa, Al Quaeda, and Isis as terrorist organizations. To the contrary, you can find copies of letters written by at least one of them to multiple judges asking for lenient sentences for terrorists in some of these organizations who had murdered hundreds of human beings.

One of them is a documented bigamist with a "legal" marriage and a "spiritual" marriage whom is apparently also guilty of tax fraud but is abusing the connections her office provides to keep her above the law away from prosecution by the Treasury department.

In closing, it is noteworthy that none of these gang members ever wanted to be associated with blacks in America until it became convenient for them to hide their anti-America rhetoric under the cover of suddenly defining themselves as black.

Again, as the current president remarked - why don't they go back TO THEIR DISTRICTS and help their constituents?

It should be noted that President Trump never said go back to the country they came from! This is a LIE from the corrupt media! He did say " go back to where they came from"! This obviously means go back to the crime infested areas they are from like Queens and the Somalia area of Minnesota to fix the crime and corruption there BEFORE they complain about anything else!
