If you ask your average history brainwashed Westerner, they’ll still believe:
1. Pearl harbor was a surprise. False. Read 'Day of Deceit.
2. The Allies' efforts on D Day was the most important battle/turn of the war.* False. The 'turning point in WWII in Europe, would have started around the Battle of Stalingrad or some other Eastern Front battles, (e.g., Kursk or Kharkov.)
This misconception comes directly from the West’s MSM’s overreporting of June 6,1944's D-Day. The importance attached to it pales in comparison to what the USSR did and suffered through. The US, UK, and allies intentionally delayed D-Day so as to ensure that both Russia and Germany would lose as many soldiers as possible. (The US did the same in the Iran Iraq war by helping both sides.) Russia (which lost 15% of its population in WWII, while the US, in WWII in Europe, lost 15/100ths of ONE PERCENT. That means that the USSR suffered a per capita loss 100 times greater than the U.S.!) Please read this excellent article by Robert Kelly at “Asian Security Blog” (International Relations of Asia & US Foreign Policy) entitled: Here's yet a similar misbelief - nurtured by the West’s MSM - is the thought that civilian bombing was unfairly ‘started’ by Germany. A review of the history of the raids shows that they were more started by the Allies and that the number of bombs and casualties against German Civilians was greater by several magnitudes. Although the specifics are not as easily accessible as they should be, (almost certainly due to the insane discrepancy between Allies huge ‘strategic’ (blind) bombing and Allied-caused civilian casualties as compared to those of Hitler’s Luftwaffe.) Here’s a more detailed than typical listing of differing raids, although it doesn’t list casualties. [Link] It i
On such raids, here’s an excellent point regarding the culpability on behalf of the Allies Air forces in Europe, in terms of Civilian bombings: (It pains me to be aware of this, but truth is a bitch.) The above facts, show that by 1943, the malevolence of ‘Bomber Harris’ had become painfully obvious long before it tardily recognized due to the gigantic genocidal / holocaustic fire bombing of Dresden in 1944. Hell, even the Guardian admits these type facts. [Link]
The list of facts showing the Allies’ questionable, (at best) ‘superior morality’ is far too large to cover here.
Finally, one who wishes to better understand this issue should also read the book “Other Losses” that still has never been published in America because fear of backlash about the truth of the Allies Concentration Camps which kept most Axis soldiers as virtual slaves for years!
The list goes on.
R.C.
P.s., Who ran the first modern ‘concentration camps?” Answer: Britain, in the Second Boer Wars in S. Africa from 1899 - 1902.
