The war of words between the US President and the former Democratic nominee is showing no signs of abatement.

Hillary Clinton has accused Donald Trump of constantly talking about her, adding that she's got no intention of being silenced.

Her remarks came during a forum dedicated to the 25th anniversary of her husband Bill Clinton's election as US President in Little Rock in Arkansas.

"Apparently, you know, my former opponent is obsessed with my speaking out. Apparently there was another, somebody told me, tweet today. Honestly, between tweeting and golfing, how does he get anything done? I don't understand it. Maybe that's the whole point," she was quoted by Politico as saying.

The former Democratic nominee promised that she is "gonna keep speaking out."

Earlier in his Twitter account, Trump slammed Hillary Clinton as the "worst (and biggest) loser of all time", adding that she "just can't stop." He advised her to "get on with" her life and "give it another try" in 2020.

The accusations came less than a day after Clinton hit out at Trump over alleged sexual misconduct last year when he grabbed the headlines with his controversial "grab 'em by the p****y" remark he told American radio and TV host Billy Bush in a private conversation on a bus.

In an interview with New York's WABC radio, Clinton blasted Trump for not "accepting responsibility" and "apologizing." She added that the US President "has disgraced the office."
