Russian legislation is currently based on the concept of absolute immunity, which means that the property of a foreign state is not arrested and a court ruling against it is not enforced.
The law for the first time sets the limits of immunity for foreign states and their property in the Russian Federation and defines cases when the state and its property do not enjoy jurisdictional immunity.
The document has been developed in line with modern approaches and court practice of foreign states, and its adoption will boost the efficiency of judicial protection of Russia's interests and property when considering disputes.
Looks like Russia is getting set up nicely to respond tit-for-tat when the Euro-scum (on orders from Uncle Shmuel and their collective zionist masters) tries to confiscate Russian assets based on completely fabricated 'judgements' and 'penalties' that the Westerners' utterly corrupt so-called international courts and tribunals will levy against Russia on the most spurious of claims.
I was wondering when they would get around to doing this. It's a great idea and should give the Euro-scum leaders at least some pause before going looney-tunes on Russia via garbage 'judgements', like that Dutch International Arbitration Tribunal finding for Yukos Oil/GML Group and awarding them fifty BILLION dollars against Russia. If you missed that one, here's Reuters on it (in part):
"An international arbitration court ruled on Monday that Russia must pay $50 billion for expropriating the assets of Yukos, the former oil giant whose ex-owner Mikhail Khodorkovsky fell foul of the Kremlin.
"Finding that Russian authorities had subjected Yukos to politically-motivated attacks, the panel made an award to a group of former Yukos shareholders that equates to more than half the entire fund Moscow has set aside to cover budget holes.
"Russia, whose economy is on the brink of recession, said it would appeal the ruling by the Dutch-based panel, which judges private business disputes. It also said the "politically biased decision" was based on "current events" - an apparent reference to Moscow's dispute with the West over Ukraine."
Yup, you can bet that Russia will be ready to act in lightning fashion should the Euro-scum start any proceedings against Russian assets based on the scurrilous award.
