Prisons in Iraq and Afghanistan tend to be convenient breeding grounds for Muslim extremists. As Brandon Martinez shows, ISIS probably wouldn't exist if it hadn't been for a certain U.S.-run facility housing many of the current ISIS leadership, where the alleged leader of ISIS was viewed favorably by those running the prison.
