Right now a 7th grader says he's still in pain after a local police officer is shown kicking him on a cell video.

As the video is going viral on social media, and boy and his parents are demanding an apology and an explanation.

The boy and some other students say they weren't following the bus driver's orders and the police were called. Tuesday night no one is answering how this all escalated so quickly.

Kevin Jeanbaptiste said, "I got off the bus and they put me in handcuffs they said don't speak unless I was spoken to, the lady spoke to me and said be quiet he (the officer) said be quiet I was talking and he slammed me."

The parents of 13-year-old Kevin Jeanbaptiste are seeing the cell phone video for the first time Tuesday night.

The video captured by another student on a Palm Beach County school bus last week appears to show a Boynton Beach officer kicking Kevin down while he was handcuffed. Kevin is glad other students on the bus captured what happened.

"So I have proof if he tries to lie," he said.

His mother and stepfather say at first Kevin never told them about what really happened, he was crying and filled with bruises.

The family says so far they have no explanation from the school district or police. Kevin says he's still in pain.

Kevin said, "I'm a little better, but every time I bend down for a while it still hurts a little."

The Boynton Beach Police Department immediately took action when the video surfaced, an officer is off the streets on paid administrative duty.

Kevin has been kicked off the bus for now. The family says they will file a report Wednesday at police headquarters after they get out of work.

Boynton Beach Police Department released this statement:

"We are aware of a video that is circulating the Internet involving several of our officers.
