It's a simple concept.

People are entitled to privacy in their homes, papers, and privileged communications with their attorneys, doctors and other professionals.

Along comes one terrorist incident of highly murky origin and POOF! Fourth Amendment gone.

Do you think they teach kids this in school today? I guarantee they don't and most people under say 30 would probably be amazed to know that these rights even exist.

Searches of your home, your car, your private communications, your bank account require a judge's order - unless an agent of the President (the one with the forged birth certificate) decides otherwise.

Isn't That The Truth

I have had several pieces of postal mail opened by the Homeland Security Dept. without notice.They did not have to get a search warrant or notify me in any way.They just opened it confiscated the contents and sent me the mail with a letter in it.
My lawyer said that was in violation of my civil rights against unreasonable search.
But,as they are Homeland Security ie.(JackBoots) and a big and important dept. in the Communist government that we now have,they will continue to do as they damn well please.
The damn patriot act is in need of being abolished not renewed and proliferated.We have lost more rights under this illegal act.Will we ever get those rights back??? Will they continue to erode at our rights till they take everything away and we live under a full blown and open Communist govt. ?If they continue this path we shall end up as another third world country living in shacks and huts where ever we can or will we end up in FEMA camps?
This must come to an end before that happens,we as a people need to take back our country and return it to it's rightful place in the world.We could start by removing the U.S. from the United Nations.Maybe the John Birch society was right on that one?Why let this country be run by foreigners who only wish to take this country down to their level.We are better then that.
Come on people wake up see what is happening around you and to you,and let's get this great country back on track like our founding fathers wanted it to be.

The fear factor, as it creates ever more paranoia in the minds of the puppet masters. What they seem to fear is the thoughts within their own minds. They seem to fear themselves, as well they should.
