Best of the Web: 'Conflict engagement': How Democrat Strategists Plotted to Incite Violence at Trump Rallies

Comment: Remember those fights that would break out at Trump rallies? And remember the media reaction? And remember how it seemed that violence followed Trump everywhere, therefore Trump was inciting the violence?

It turns out that Democratic Party strategists hired black operatives, some of them convicted criminals, to pay networks of agitators to follow Trump (and later his running-mate Pence) and start fights at Trump rallies precisely so the media would portray Trump in a negative light.

The following is Parts 1 & 2 of a year-long undercover investigation exposing some of the decidedly undemocratic practices of the Democratic Party. In it you will see:
  • Dirty tricks operatives unwittingly provide dark money trails to the DNC and Clinton campaign
  • Violence at Trump rallies traced to the Clinton campaign and the DNC through a process they call 'Birddogging'
  • A shady coordinated communications chain between the DNC, Clinton campaign, Hillary Clinton's Super PAC and other organizations
  • And you will hear a key Clinton operative say: "It doesn't matter what the friggin' legal and ethics people say, we need to win this motherf**ker."

Project Veritas Action has just released the first video in a multi-part series which exposes the dark secrets at the highest levels of the DNC and Clinton presidential campaign. Using hidden cameras, undercover journalists reveal key players coordinating clandestine operations in support of Hillary Clinton's campaign. The video, supported by emails recently released by WikiLeaks, shows that the dirty tricks, lines of communications and the money trail lead all the way to the top.

The video discloses numerous examples of behind-the-scenes shady practices with consequences most Americans have seen on national television at Donald Trump campaign rallies across the country. What the media hasn't reported is that the Clinton campaign and Democratic National Committee has been directing these activities with, at very best, a very thin veil of plausible deniability. This series of videos is the culmination of a year-long investigation by the undercover journalists at Project Veritas Action.

Comment: Creamer, the middleman between the Clinton campaign, the DNC and the fake protesters, has visited the White House 342 times since 2009, and met with Obama on 47 of those trips. He last visited in June of this year.

Breitbart had earlier reported on an email in which Clinton campaign manager approved a plan to "bird dog" Trump:

Maria Zakharova: US presidential campaign is 'a global shame'

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said she believes the US presidential campaign is not worthy of the nation's people, calling it a "catastrophe" and "simply some sort of a global shame" during a meeting with students on Tuesday.

Commenting on the heated 2016 presidential race in the US, Zakharova lamented that by accusing Moscow of mounting cyber-attacks with an alleged aim of meddling in American politics, Washington has turned Russia into a "real, serious factor of pre-election rhetoric."

"They are constantly saying that Russia is carrying out cyber-attacks on certain US facilities," she said. Zakharova stressed that the US side provided no proof or any other data on the alleged hackers' links to Moscow, which she says makes the allegations appear to be a "smokescreen" to cover up serious domestic issues.

The Philippines Reset with China

Duterte Keqiang
© APIn this Sept. 7, 2016, photo, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang (L) and Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte link arms during an ASEAN summit in Vientiane, Laos.
A visit by the Philippine's recently elected, and feisty, President Rodrigo Duterte to China this week is being watched closely for signs of a shift in ties between the two countries, which have been battered for years over territorial disputes in the South China Sea.

Until recently, China was the Philippines biggest security threat. Relations hit rock bottom, following an international tribunal ruling in July in Manila's favor, rejecting Beijing's claim to almost all of the disputed waters.

But now, just months after pledging on the campaign trail to sail a jet ski into the South China Sea to defend Manila's territorial sea claims, (something Duterte now tells Al Jazeera was just election hyperbole) the Philippines leader has threatened to cut relations with the United States.

He has also suggested that he might start courting China and Russia instead.

Comment: It's not that China is portraying itself as the Philippines' savior; China is a more natural partner for them and isn't trying to dominate the country. The dispute over the South China Sea is a valid one for China as they have a historic claim and use of the waters. Still, both sides are keen on resolving the issue, much to the chagrin of a certain Western hegemon. Here's some relevent quotes from Duterte's interview with Xinhua:

'Only China can help Philippines': Duterte turns to Beijing as rift with US widens
"My grandfather is Chinese. It's only China that can help us," Duterte, who was elected in June, told Chinese state news agency Xinhua before embarking on a four-day trip that begins Tuesday.

"All that I would need to do is just to talk and get a firm handshake from the officials and say that we are Filipinos and we are ready to cooperate with you, to help us in building our economy and building our country."

"If we can have the things you have given to other countries by the way of assistance, we'd also like to be a part of it and to be a part of the greater plans of China about the whole of Asia, particularly Southeast Asia," said the 71-year-old leader.

"There is no sense in going to war. There is no sense fighting over a body of water," said Duterte of the lucrative shipping route, which could also become a major source of hydrocarbons. "It is better to talk than war. We want to talk about friendship, we want to talk about cooperation, and most of all, we want to talk about business. War would lead us to nowhere."

"We are not interested in allowing another country to talk. I just want to talk to China," said Duterte.

"Some other countries know we are short of money, but instead of helping us, all they had to do was just to criticize. China never criticizes. They help us quietly. And I said that's why it's part of the sincerity of the people," Duterte told Xinhua.

Attacks on RT, Assange were designed to help Killary

Assange and Clinton
© Fox News
The simultaneous attacks on Julian Assange and RT in Britain are almost certainly connected. They were almost certainly intended to plug the leaks to help Hillary Clinton's campaign. Instead they have exposed the arrogance, incompetence and intolerance of the Western establishment and its loss of nerve

The crackdown on RT has been a rapidly evolving story, and I do not know the whole truth of it. However what is clear is that it is a tale of arrogance and stupidity on the part of a Western establishment that has lost its nerve.

First there were reports that RT's bank accounts in Britain had been frozen. Then RT released a letter from its British bank - NatWest, which is 70% owned by the British government - saying that its bank accounts were being closed. No reason was given and the letter said that the decision was final and was not subject to review.

RT complained that it had been given no notice and that the letter had come as a total surprise out of the blue.

A storm of criticism then followed and significantly not just from Russia, with many British individuals and organisations complaining about an attack on free speech.

The British government avoided comment, the Treasury denied involvement, and amid rumours that the Russians were threatening to freeze the BBC's accounts in Russia and to bring complaints to the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe and to other multinational institutions about an attack on free speech, with some talk of a possible challenge to the European Court of Human Rights, NatWest was left throughout the day hanging out to dry.

Still state censorship: UK media spins NatWest's closure of RT's British accounts

NatWest's latest comments concerning its bizarre and unexplained decision to close all of RT's UK accounts, claiming only "one of the suppliers" is affected and the move is under review, have caused some confusion in the British media.

Here are the facts:

On Tuesday, BBC posted an article citing NatWest, which said that "a letter had been sent to one of RT's suppliers, not RT itself, and no accounts had been frozen." The channel included RT's comment on the story, but kept the headline saying that "NatWest denies shutting accounts of Russian TV channel."

Comment: More on this story: If you can't beat 'em, ban 'em.

This probably won't be the last attempt by the anglo-Americans to just outright block or ban RT.

Obama's Trump-supporting half-brother to attend presidential debate in Las Vegas as guest of The Donald

President Barack Obama's older half-brother, Malik, will be supporting Republican candidate Donald Trump at the third and final presidential debate in Las Vegas.

"I'm excited to be at the debate. Trump can make America great again," he told Page Six ahead of Wednesday's debate.

Kenyan-born Malik announced his support for Trump in July, saying he is unhappy with the work of his brother's administration, citing the "mess" in the Middle East as an example.

"He appeals to me and also I think that he is down to earth and he speaks from the heart and he is not trying to be politically correct," Malik told Reuters in July. "He's just straight-forward."

Russian military launches 'closed internet' for classified data exchange

Russian military forces have completed the creation of their own electronic communication system that is completely independent from the internet and protected from unlicensed connections, allowing for fast and safe transfer of classified information.

A source in the Defense Ministry has told popular Russian daily Izvestia that the official name of the network is the 'Closed Data Transfer Segment' and that the facilities it's based on are partially owned by the military and partially rented from the state communications agency Rostelecom. Servers of the network will be located in every Russian military unit, but access to them will be heavily restricted.

The source also said that the Closed Data Transfer Segment was completed already in late summer and is now in fully functioning state, but works are under way to expand it with additional terminals in every military unit.

Unprecedented turnaround: Beijing may grant Philippines access to rich South China Sea territory

Beijing is considering giving the Philippines a slice of Scarborough Shoal - which China snatched in 2012 and wouldn't share even after a Hague court ruling - sources revealed to Reuters.

In effect, China may give the Philippines conditional access to rich waters just northeast of the disputed Spratly Islands, according to two sources close to the Chinese leadership. The conditions have not been specified in detail - and probably won't be until Presidents Rodrigo Duterte and Xi Jinping discuss this on Thursday in China.

"Everybody can go, but there will be conditions," one of the sources told Reuters, meaning fishermen from both countries will be welcome to use the rich territories.

"The two countries would have to form working groups to iron out details," the official added.

Comment: The US effort to use the Philippines to thwart China's control of the South China Sea is all but dead.

Is U.S. using 'Battle for Mosul' to transfer ISIS out of Iraq & into Syria?

ISIS Iraq
© www.turkishweekly.net
As the Iraqi military with US support closes in on Mosul it is becoming clear that the US plan is to transfer the ISIS troops defending the city to Syria as part of the regime change plan there.

The Russian news media RIA Novosti, has revealed that US and Saudi leaders have decided to allow the safe passage of 9000 ISIS terrorists to vacate Mosul in Iraq and, relocate into Syria.

The surprising information was leaked by an anonymous diplomatic source. It was also claimed that this decision was conditional on the terrorists agreeing to fight Syrian and Russian troops in Palmyra and Deir Ezzor.

Comment: Further reading:
As for the Daesh fighters who have fled the city, plenty more sources are raising it as an issue. First, Iraq's volunteer forces are complaining that U.S. coalition warplanes are allowing Daesh convoys to flee Mosul to Syria without being targeted:
"Much surprised the ISIL convoys that have been escaping from Mosul to Syria have not come under attack by the coalition fighter jets," a Hashd al-Shaabi source said. He said that the ISIL is now confused in Mosul as the Iraqi security forces have gained a lot of information about the concentration centers of the terrorist group in Mosul.

U.S. bombs Deir ez-Zor in order to extend ISIS control of Syria

ISIS USA
The US is not fighting ISIS in Syria. Together with its ally Saudi Arabia it is using ISIS and other Wahhabi terrorist groups like Jabhat Al-Nusra to wage a war of aggression against Syria so that it can take control of Syria and gain possession of the resources of the Middle East.

We may as well start with the US-led "anti-ISIS" coalition airstrikes on the Syrian Arab Army's positions in the Thardeh Mountain in Deir El-Zour.

These airstrikes were an act of aggression against the Syrian Arab Army, which has been fighting terrorists from the beginning, whether these groups go by the name of the 'Free Syrian Army', 'Al-Nusra Front', 'Fath al-Sham', or what has now become the biggest phenomenon since the Taliban: ISIS.

This act of aggression was not just a violation of the ceasefire. It was an act of direct help for the terrorists, for ISIS above all.
