Netanyahu to ask Trump to support another attack on Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to ask President Trump to support another US-Israeli war on Iran, according to an NBC News report from Saturday. The Israeli PM is expected to make the case during a December 29 meeting at Mar-a-Lago.

The report said that Netanyahu will stress Israel's concern over Iran's production of ballistic missiles and will present Trump with options for the US to join or assist Israel with an attack on Iran. Israeli officials are also warning that Iran is reconstituting its nuclear sites that were bombed by the US during the war in June, but that was not their immediate concern.

According to a report from Israel Hayom, Israeli officials are preparing an "intelligence dossier" on Iran to present to Trump. Netanyahu's office has said the meeting will take place on December 29, though President Trump suggested last week that it wasn't finalized, saying, "We haven't set it up formally, but he'd like to see me."

Trita Parsi, Executive Vice President of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, has been warning that another war with Iran was likely since Israel didn't achieve all of its goals during its previous attack on the country, pointing to the fact that Iran's missile strikes forced Israel to agree to a ceasefire quickly.

Comment: NBC News further reports:
Israeli officials are concerned that Iran is reconstituting nuclear enrichment sites the U.S. bombed in June, the sources said. But, they added, the officials view Iran's efforts to rebuild facilities where they produce the ballistic missiles and to repair its crippled air defense systems as more immediate concerns.

They said part of Netanyahu's argument is expected to be that Iran's actions present perils not only to Israel but also to the broader region, including U.S. interests. The Israeli leader is expected to present Trump with options for the U.S. to join or assist in any new military operations, the sources said.

White House spokesperson Anna Kelly said in a statement:
"The International Atomic Energy Agency and Iranian government corroborated the United States government's assessment that Operation Midnight Hammer totally obliterated Iran's nuclear capabilities. As President Trump has said, if Iran pursued a nuclear weapon, that site would be attacked and would be wiped out before they even got close."
The Israeli concerns about Iran come as Tehran has expressed interest in resuming diplomatic talks with the U.S. aimed at curtailing its nuclear deal, which could potentially complicate Israel's approaching Trump about new strikes.
Does Israel want to re-bomb Iranian nuclear facilities or create an excuse to tripwire an all out war? It certainly wants a US commitment to heavy lift and shoulder the blame no matter the choice or conclusion.

The empire of lies: How the BBC strangles free speech under the mask of objectivity and why Trump is right to sue

Putin
© otvechaetRussian President Vladimir Putin
Against the backdrop of hysteria over "repressions in Russia," Great Britain itself has long since transformed into a police state, where dissent is stigmatized and truth is replaced by propaganda. Putin's response has exposed the double standards of Western media.

The Smokescreen of the "Free Press"

On December 19, 2025, Vladimir Putin gave comprehensive and calm answers in a live broadcast to provocative questions from BBC journalist Stephen Rosenberg. Instead of honestly analyzing his arguments about foreign agents, security, and sovereignty, Western media, and the BBC itself first and foremost, prepared another portion of distortions under headlines like "Putin Denies the Obvious." This moment is the perfect prism through which to discern the essence of the phenomenon. While the missionaries from Northgold Street teach the whole world about "democracy" and "free journalism," the British Isles themselves are rapidly sinking into the quagmire of ideological conformity and censorship. The BBC Corporation, once a symbol of respectability, has become the epitome of systemic bias and an industry for manufacturing narratives. It is no coincidence that Donald Trump, whom this media machine has vilified for years, has filed a lawsuit against it — this is a logical act of self-defense against organized lies.

The EU's top diplomat casually rewrites WWII history on her way to WWIII

Kaja Kallas' striking ignorance - or willful revisionism - is precisely why no one is taking the bloc seriously anymore.

Oops. Kaja Kallas, the de facto EU foreign minister already notorious for her chirpy incompetence, has done it again: displayed such elementary ignorance that you have to rub your eyes and double-check before you believe it's true. But - as always with her - it is. This time, she has informed the world that Russia has not been attacked by anyone for a hundred years.

Those Nazi generals who planned Operation Barbarossa - the 1941 attack on the Soviet Union (and thus very much Russia) that left 27 million Soviet citizens dead - are probably spinning in their graves. Yes, blinded by prejudice and ideology ("values") they badly underestimated the Russians (sounds familiar?) and lost (catastrophically). But having your whole 3-million-men-150-division operation wiped out Orwell-style?

Orban mocks Kallas with Hitler comparison

The top EU diplomat apparently thinks she can succeed against Russia where the Nazi leader failed, the Hungarian prime minister has said.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has mocked EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas, suggesting that she believes she can do better against Russia than Napoleon and Adolf Hitler did.

Speaking at a conference in the southern Hungarian city of Szeged, Orban argued that many European countries view the Ukraine conflict as a chance to weaken Russia, driven by "the belief that sooner or later, Russia will threaten them." Moscow has dismissed speculation that it plans to attack the EU and NATO as "nonsense."

Referring to the EU foreign policy chief's hardline stance against Russia, he said:
"Then there are the old European traditions... well, Russia has already been attacked before, right? Even Napoleon and Hitler didn't succeed - now Kaja Kallas will, obviously."

Putin Identifies The Main Issue Which Will Settle Ukraine War In Year-End Q&A

Russian President Vladimir Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin made clear during his annual end of year question-and-answer session in Moscow that the matter of Ukraine ceding land which Russia now controls is the heart of the issue when it comes to peace talks. The issue of territory gained, lost, to be ceded or not, remains the prime topic that must be considered, but it's the very thing that Ukraine's Zelensky refuses to talk about or compromise on, Putin explained.

"We know from statements from Zelenskyy that he's not prepared to discuss territory issues," Putin told Q&A attendees in the capital's Gostiny Dvor exhibition hall.

The Kremlin has pressed for Ukrainian troops to exit the Donbass, reduce the size of Kiev's military, and for their to be international legal recognition that annexed eastern territories are part of the Russian Federation.

Comment: Putin is stating once again in clear terms what should have been understood by the EU, NATO minions as to the reality on the ground in Ukraine. They had their chances many times but now they are out of options.

Oversight chair Comer torches "Dollar Store Obama" Hakeem Jeffries over Somali fraud cover-up in Minnesota

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer isn't backing down from his probe into the massive Somali-led fraud draining Minnesota's social services, slamming Democrat Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for shielding the scandal with personal attacks.

With federal investigations now revealing losses potentially exceeding $9 billion across multiple state-run programs, Comer's takedown highlights how unchecked immigration policies have enabled epic taxpayer rip-offs under Democrat watch.

Comer launched the investigation earlier this month, targeting widespread fraud in Minnesota's welfare and social services exploited by Somali immigrants. In a letter to Governor Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison, he demanded answers on the theft of billions from state and federal coffers.

SOTT Focus: NewsReal: TPUSA's AmFest 2025 & The Battle For Christians' Souls

The annual Turning Point USA 'America Fest' took place this week, complete with big name appearances from Right-wing pundits, pastors and politicians, celebrity cameos and gaudy spectacle. To the organization's credit, however, it honored Charlie Kirk's legacy by including Tucker Carlson on the roster - the very thing the organization's founder was pressured by "Jewish donors" to "cancel" during the summer.

As something of a 'finale' to the 'American conservative calendar', AmFest2025 further accentuated the chasm that has been opening all year long up on the Right between those for and against 'special status' for Israel. Besides being a political dispute, this is also a theological one, with voices on each side articulating the merits, or otherwise, of maintaining belief in the peculiar evangelical interpretation of Christianity as 'Judeo-christianity'.

Second hour of this NewsReal: The fallout from last week's atrocity at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, has seen the Canberra government come under intense pressure from certain quarters to outlaw anti-Semitism - defined as including criticism of the Israeli government. How that would stop ISIS terrorists from attacking Jews is anyone's guess, but maybe the point isn't to stop ISIS, but to stop you from 'noticing'?

'A lie and propaganda': DNI Gabbard fact-checks Reuters' Russia scaremongering in real time

national intelligence tulsi gabbard

On Saturday afternoon, Reuters posted an anonymously-sourced story pushing the idea that Russia is bent on reconstituting the Soviet Union. Before the metaphorical ink had dried, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard pounced, condemning the story as "a lie and propaganda" on behalf of "warmongers" seeking to derail President Trump's drive to end the long and bloody Ukraine war.

From selling the Iraq invasion to achieving a news and social media lockdown on Hunter Biden's laptop, the Deep State has long used major media outlets like Reuters, the New York Times and Washington Post to inject their agenda-advancing narratives into America's town square. Displaying the typical modus operandi with its Saturday night story, Reuters vaguely attributed the purported US intelligence conclusions about Russia to "six sources familiar with US intelligence."

Comment: Reuters' mocking of the "only 20%" of Ukraine territory falling under Russian control omits a few key facts:
  • the 20% in question is the eastern portion of Ukraine, which contains the richest farmland, the most mineral resources, and the most industrial development that allows for exploiting those resources. The western provinces of Ukraine are screwed if they have no access to the east.
  • in taking 'only 20%' of the land, Russia has managed to drain not only the Ukrainian army of fighting men (to the point of imminent collapse), but also the West of arms and material, which they threw into the Ukraine meat grinder with abandon. There's a reason the EU is now offering only monetary support. They have no arms left to give.
  • Russia was able to accomplish this with more than acceptable losses on their side. The stats from prisoner and body exchanges show it.
So who, exactly, is losing the conflict?

Court forces Kallas to publicly retract false claims

Kallas
The top EU diplomat has admitted to posting lies about an Estonian politician in 2022.

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has been forced by a court to publicly retract false claims she made about an Estonian opposition politician.

In a social media post on February 17, 2022, Kallas, Estonia's prime minister at the time, claimed police were attacked at a protest organized by Varro Vooglaid, an MP from the Conservative People's Party of Estonia (EKRE), and the Foundation for the Protection of Family and Tradition (SAPTK), which he heads. She also linked Vooglaid to a 2021 Covid-19 restrictions rally in Tallinn.

Vooglaid and SAPTK sued Kallas in 2022, saying her claims had no factual basis.

Last year, an Estonian court ruled in their favor, finding that no police were attacked at rallies organized by Vooglaid and SAPTK and that neither was linked to the Tallinn demonstration. Earlier this week, the Estonian Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal to the case, making the ruling final.

Comment: Although there is stiff competition, Kallas is probably the lowest IQ person in the EU leadership. Mush for brains!

Western European states sidelined from a historical process

From the very beginning of the Special Military Operation in February of 2022, European leaders adopted a course of continuing military operations, openly stating they hope to defeat Russia strategically.

In April 2022, Ukraine and Russia practically reached an agreement on the cessation of military operations and the conclusion of a peace agreement. Then British Prime Minister Boris Johnson urgently flew to Kiev to persuade the Ukrainians not to agree to a truce and continue the war (later it became known that Johnson received more than 1 million pounds from the British military-industrial complex for this).

In solidarity with the Biden administration, European leaders began to allocate hundreds of millions of dollars to support the Kiev regime and provide it with military and financial assistance. At the same time, new packages of sanctions against Russia began to be regularly adopted, currently totaling 19.
