11/2023: Amichai Chikli, Israel's Minister of Diaspora Affairs, briefed Knesset lawmakers on the growing problem of anti-war protests among young Americans, particularly on elite university campuses. Chikli's solution was to go on the offensive. He launched a targeted push to counter critics, a blueprint that would define the next two years:
- to boost online support for Israel,
- target advocacy for Palestinians,
- crush student protests to divest from Israel on U.S. college campuses, and
- to codify the IHRA definition of antisemitism into U.S. law at every level of government.
10/7/2024: The ideological justification for silencing critics of Israel is provided by The Heritage Foundation's "Project Esther." This document, which derives its data from Israeli-funded and managed NGOs like Canary Mission, NCRI, ISGAP, and the ADL, creates a roadmap for redefining political criticism of Israel as antisemitism, and ultimately, as a form of terrorism to be criminalized. While this roadmap was initially used on student protesters, it would also be used to silence conservatives (Netanyahu's Woke-Reich isn't just an insult).
12/2024: The Israeli Knesset puts significant financial muscle behind the effort, approving a massive $150 million budget for "hasbara", a euphemism for state-sponsored propaganda targeting the U.S. and the West. This funding stream would become the lifeblood of the influence machine.

1/7/2025: ADL's Jonathan Greenblatt travels to the Israeli Knesset to introduce the concept of the "8th Front War on Information in America," formalizing the idea that American public discourse is a battlefield to be dominated.
1/29/2025: The influence campaign scores a major victory. President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14188, building on a 2019 order that adopted the IHRA definition of antisemitism. This order effectively codifies into US policy certain bible references and criticism of Israel as antisemitism and directs the full force of the federal government to use this definition to combat so-called "hate."
2/5/2025: In a move of profound significance, yet little known, newly appointed Attorney General Pam Bondi, on her first day, disbands the Foreign Influence Task Force, the very DOJ office responsible for enforcing FARA. The change specifically limits DOJ prosecutors from criminally charging those involved in public-relations work and policy advocacy on behalf of foreign businesses and nonprofits. This deliberate incapacitation of the enforcement mechanism gave a green light to foreign influence operatives, ensuring that the Knesset's 2018 plan to skirt FARA could proceed with minimal risk of prosecution.

Israel365 takes a group of U.S. influencers, including Xaviaer DuRousseous, Emily Saves America, Jeremy Abramson, Cam Higby, Brooke Goldstein, Jayne Zirkle, Eitan Fischberger, and Fabian Garcia, on a paid trip to Israel. They meet with U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee and Israeli officials, subsequently flooding their social media with pro-Israel content.
The Catalyst and the Corporate Veil
9/10/2025: The assassination of Charlie Kirk, a prominent pro-Israel Christian youth leader, acts as a violent catalyst. It exposes the deep fissures over Israel within the American right and triggers a wave of suspicion and blame.
9/26/2025 - 9/28/2025: In the wake of the crisis, the influence apparatus moves to formalize and obscure its operations. Two entities finally register under FARA, but in a way that hides the source of their funds and allows them to operate under the umbrella of Pam Bondi's February 5th directive which limits DOJ prosecutors from criminally charging those involved in public-relations work and policy advocacy on behalf of foreign businesses and nonprofits.
- Bridges Partners, LLC, owned by Israelis Yair Levi & Uri Steinberg (a former Israeli Ministry of Tourism official), registered as an agent for Israel's "Esther Project" influencer campaign. For services from July 2025 through December 2025, it received $900,000 from Havas Media, a German affiliate acting as a financial cut-out for the Israeli Foreign Ministry to pay online influencers to post about Israel. Posts are generated and provided to influencers by Israel social media teams.
- Show Faith by Works, LLC, the entity linked to Chad Schnitger and Ralph Reed (Faith & Freedom Coalition & CCPI), also registered. Its task is to use geo-fencing and data harvesting to target 4 States and millions of church goers and Christian university students with pro-Israel propaganda. It received $3,258,961, also funneled through Havas Media. FARA documents show many Christian church leaders stand to profit from this campaign.
Simultaneously, on 9/28, the Israeli lobby funded propaganda outlet, Jewish Network Syndicate (JNS) hosted a conference in New York titled "Confronting Terror and Defending Israel: JNS Visionary Leadership Assembly". Meeting attendees included members of CCPI and the topic of discussion was supporting and implementing Israel's 8th Front War on Information in America as a private and government partnership.
