1) The alien ship shoot downs could have been because of malfunctions of the alien craft not because of possible peer technology with the aliens where human's could shoot them down at will(after "reverse engineering"). Also, the aliens may want to cultivate that they are "peer level" so that the 3D human leadership (a bunch of blind narcissists) will think they are being rewarded for helping the aliens.
The 3D human leadership then thinking they can counter attack the aliens(with the "reverse engineered technology") after the Earth population is completely controlled(something 3D human leadership wants to do anyway for their own self serving ambitions) is their 3D "think tank" idiocy(IMHO) and the human races downfall on repeat from when Atlantis fell(and Earth went from 4D to 3D environment).

Let’s start outside the box. UFOs are real, extraterrestrials/hyperdimensioals are real, there is anti-gravity technology, there is zero point energy tech, there is tech that makes the speed of light limit to space travel disappear, there is alien or other intelligence, abduction is real, experimentation on humans by other intelligence is real, psychic abilities are real just as remote viewing. In relation to the "eternal now", this is found throughout spiritual teachings. The sufis called it the "divine presence". Gurdjieff called it "self-remembering". Eckhart Tolle wrote The Power of Now. If you have not had the experience of "presence" then it is just words; once you have the experience and correctly process it you begin to understand. What it definitely shows is that time is a construct of the brain's perception of experience which is filtered through belief systems.
