What I DID notice is, we see the girl running down the path away from the camera followed by a beefy black man, who then disappears, but not the boy. Then we see them both with Creepy Joe. Some bad continuity there. The whole episode does look staged.

OK - saw the video. It was some sort of event, maybe with a prize of spending time with Pedo Pete. Looks like the girl had something - maybe a ticket? - and hands it to the woman, then proceeds down to another door. The boy might be a brother who's been allowed to accompany her. I doubt that anything happened - too public - but Biden probably still got some jollies out of the deal. Knowing something of his twisted inner world, we can certainly speculate.
