President Biden was spotted going maskless at the Lincoln Memorial on Wednesday night — hours after signing an executive order mandating the use of
masks on federal land to battle the coronavirus pandemic.
The newly inaugurated president went bare-faced not only during a televised address to the American people, but also outside the context of the speech, as he stood at the foot of the memorial, C-SPAN footage shows.
The clip showed Biden standing before the towering statue of the nation's 16th president, another person a short distance to his left at an angle that obscures whether they too were unmasked.
The lapse in coronavirus safety precautions by the 78-year-old president came just hours after he signed an executive order mandating masks on federal property.
That decree is in addition to 10 other
executive orders Biden will sign across Thursday and Friday in the fight to stamp out the virus that has claimed the lives of over 400,000 Americans.

They aren't wearing masks because the rules don't apply to them, and masks don't provide protection from
any virus. One reason they wore masks during the fraudulent elections was symbolically to show they are part of the "system", and to stick it to Trump. Now that Biden is in office, they can
lower the cycles on PCR tests (which they should have done from the beginning) so that cases will now magically disappear,
reopen restaurants in DC, remove the daily Covid
death count ticker from CNN's newscreen. But at the same time, institute a federal mask mandate that seemingly doesn't apply to the Bidens. In case you haven't figured it out, Covid guidelines are psychopathic, plain and simple.
Masks have been forced upon people to identify the obedient sheeple from the non-obedient, to
increase the infection rate not just of the Covid virus but also many other pathogens, to inflate the number of false-positive cases in order to continue with their aggressive agenda.
