I'll believe it when it happens: i.e.:
1) When Veto is overridden; AND,
2) When Statute is NOT ruled unconstitutional. (Note, PatrioSh*t Act & NDAA still stand, though both are obviously unconstitutional. Contrast that with what will likely happen here.
