It's painfully apparent that Russia is bombing every street corner in America, in a desperate attempt to scare Americans into voting for the guy who doesn't want to entangle America in far-away foreign conflicts.

But Hillary Clinton is very principled and refuses to "speculate" on these matters. Here's what we do know, though: Russia is responsible for hacking the DNC and every electronic voting machine in America.
