Yes, diplomacy seems to be souring between the two countries. The Austrian Ambassador/s were summoned twice. Firstly the deputy Ambassador to 'discuss' the newspaper headlines in Vienna Airport that stated Turkey allows underage sex and secondly the Ambassador, for the rally that supports a terrorist organization (not just in Turkey).
To say the Turkish Ambassador to Austria was recalled because of the latter is just a connection too far. It could be because of anything, especially if the reason, as described by Turkey, is for 'consultations'.
