Comment: Remember, former head of the ISI wired $100,000 to Mohammed Atta - that same man, Ahmood Abed, was meeting with Bob Graham and Porter Goss on 9/11. The Pakistani ISI's ties with radical Islam go back way before that, however. Along with Saudi Arabia and the CIA, they were responsible for creating and funding (via the newly created Pakistani BCCI bank) the original al-Qaeda: the mujahideen who fought in Afghanistan, then who were later transferred to Chechnya, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Libya, and Syria.
