OF THE
TIMES
Briefly stated, the Gell-Mann Amnesia effect is as follows. You open the newspaper to an article on some subject you know well... You read the article and see the journalist has absolutely no understanding of either the facts or the issues. Often, the article is so wrong it actually presents the story backward—reversing cause and effect...
In any case, you read with exasperation or amusement the multiple errors in a story, and then turn the page to national or international affairs, and read as if the rest of the newspaper was somehow more accurate about Palestine than the baloney you just read. You turn the page, and forget what you know.

Brazil Revises Birth Defect Count in Zika Investigation
by Associated Press
"New figures released Wednesday by Brazil's Health Ministry as part of a probe into the Zika virus have found fewer confirmed cases of a rare brain defect than first feared...
Six of the 270 confirmed microcephaly cases were found to have the virus."
Wow, only 6 of the 270 cases of microcephaly had Zika. That's 2%!!!!!
I don't know about anybody else, but whenever some contagion correlates with something nasty by as much as 2%, I run for the hills out of FEAR!!!!
I mean, by golly, that's a slam dunk case, there's no way anything else could possibly have caused microcephaly when 2% of the cases had a heretofore harmless virus, so harmless that up to now most people never even noticed when they contracted it.
I mean, who cares if 100% of the cases had recently gotten vaccinated under a new protocol, 2% had the harmless virus, so it just has to be the virus.
Let's everybody panic and rush into judgement, cause we all know priority #1 is to SPREAD FEAR.
Watch this space....Pharma is busy pulling all their media strings, making sure they all get the story straight, can't let any more of this TRUTH leak out now, can they....those Brazilians are just so feisty, hard to bury the truth and control the message.
They'll get them to tow the line soon though, I'd expect.
