Not too far from the above incident, I can report goats being killed by a mountain lion in the last month or so (reported on local newsgroup)
For sure not the same mountain lion because of geography but interesting nonetheless.
There's plenty of deer around so not sure why a mountain lion would jump a fenced property to kill domestic animals.
