Premature babies 20 weeks old survive in our hospitals EVERY DAY. If a man causes a women to lose a child at 20 weeks, he can be charged with "manslaughter". Since the 14th Amendment promises "equal protection under the law," why should a women not be subject to the same prosecution? "Pathological"? Look in the mirror.
However, I have many good reasons NOT to vote for Scott Walker. One of them is he is related to the Bushes; and is being promoted as a GOP alternative to Jeb to make certain the Bush Crime Family maintains it clutch on the hapless GOP.
