Illegal Ukraine Coup gov accuses Russian Black Sea fleet commander of crimes on Crimea's territory

Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office incriminated Russian Black Sea Fleet Commander-in-Chief Vice-Admiral Alexander Vitko in committing crimes on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea. The official website of the state office reported this on Thursday.

According to the document, Vitko "has committed crimes under Part 2, Article 27 and Part 1, Article 111 (incitement to treason), Part 3, Article 27 and Article 113 (engineering act of sabotage) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine".

"For committing the named crimes, the offender may face imprisonment for 3 to 15 years," the prosecutor's office reports.

Earlier, Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs stated that Russian servicemen staying at the Russian Black Sea Fleet base in Sevastopol "always strictly conform to the accords, on the basis of which the Russian fleet stays on this territory, and conform to addresses of the legitimate Ukrainian authorities".
