For what it's worth, the idea of a Stable Element around 115 is a point made by UFO/Area 51 contractor/;whistleblower' Bob Lazar, whose prior statements read like the below quote:
"Scientists hope that by creating heavier and heavier elements, they will find a theoretical "island of stability," an undiscovered region in the periodic table where stable super-heavy elements with as yet unimagined practical uses might exist."
If you read any good UFO book,[e.g., Alien Agenda by Jim Marrs, or some by Timothy Good] there will be a discssion of this as the basis of the UFO propulsion systems Lazar claimed to have studied,.
