From reading this propaganda piece, it looks as though the sensitizing is being promoted to keep people asleep about how sensations are not part of perception, when in fact, they are part of perception, and may even be controllable at levels not perceived because people are told what to sensitize and what not to by propagandist. Here is one assumption.
"Dust mites are microscopic arthropods that carry allergens that irritate bronchial passages and trigger asthma attacks."
The words "asthma attacks" was seemingly overused in this piece, and helps to keep people afraid of their own minds.
