Covid-19 study on mask-wearing efficacy rejected by journals as no one is 'brave' enough to publish results - Danish researchers

A large-scale study in Denmark that sought to determine if masks help stop the spread of Covid-19 has been rejected by several prestigious journals. The authors hinted that their findings were inconvenient to the status quo.

The Lancet, the New England Journal of Medicine, and the American Medical Association Journal all turned down the paper, Danish media reported on Thursday.

The study, which began in late April, involved 6,000 Danes, half of whom were asked to wear masks at all times in public places. The other half were selected as a control group and were instructed not to cover their faces. After a month, participants were tested for Covid-19 as well as for antibodies against the virus.

UK's lethal lockdown toll laid bare

A devastating picture of the impact of the lockdown on the nation's health and wellbeing is today revealed in an exclusive analysis that brings together more than 130 studies.

The Daily Mail audit - based on research published by medical journals, leading academics and charities - shows that the damage inflicted by the lockdown extends into every sphere of health, including cancer, heart disease, addiction, the welfare of children, domestic violence and mental illness.

Experts say the analysis suggests that even after the pandemic ends, it will take years for the NHS to catch up with backlogs - and it will be too late for tens of thousands of patients.

Doctors and politicians called on the Government to ensure all health services are protected if the spread of Covid-19 continues. The audit of 132 documents shows:

9 die after flu shots in South Korea weeks after vaccine program was suspended due to safety concerns

korea flu vaccine
Nine people have died after getting flu shots in South Korea in the past week, raising concerns over the vaccine's safety just as the seasonal inoculation programme is expanded to head off potential COVID-19 complications.

Five new deaths were reported on Wednesday alone, but authorities had no plans to suspend the vaccination programme, unless investigations, including post mortems, revealed a link, which preliminary findings had not.

"We have reviewed whether it is appropriate to continue the vaccination or better to suspend and wait for the results," health official Kim Joong-gon told a briefing.

"We came to the conclusion that the deaths had no direct relations with the vaccination given the limited data we have now and without detailed post mortem reports."

Comment: And so, until they do get the reports together, it's possible that the data they will be reaping are the deaths of those receiving the ineffective flu vaccine.

The Year of Disguises

Masked folk
© unknown
The Masquerade
2020 is a year of disguises. Some examples include computer models/modelers disguised as "science/scientists," Tyrants/Dictators/Totalitarians disguised as "elected officials," propaganda machines disguised as "news sources," brainwashing disguised as "information," censorship disguised as "public health safeguard," panic and fear disguised as "social responsibility."

Even the virus itself has been disguised by humans as an "apocalypse." But, the last part is not the doing of the virus, but the doings of a select number of humans who are responsible for many of the other disguises as well. And if you look at the totality of events in 2020, it is clear that the average citizen has been treated generally less than human, certainly not as adults in any case.

I believe we are in as great a crisis as a species as we have ever been. The crisis is not from some seasonal virus (which is a health issue), but it is from ourselves and what we have devolved into as a species (social, cultural, ideological issues).

I have debated with myself on how to approach the following essay. Under normal circumstances, it would be easy. But, the topic has been so warped and sensationalized into political and social hyperbole, it is difficult to get a handle on it. I could go at it strictly from a scientific perspective, but that would tune many people out.

After about two weeks of my own internal debate and several versions, I have decided to treat the readers of this essay as Human Adults. I will try to not get too technical but rather use rational arguments to approach the issue of a viral infection from the perspective of the virus molecule outside of the host, i.e., the natural environment.

Comment: The expert's argument, backed up with solid science, proven facts, common sense AND personal experience - shows precisely why lockdowns and masks are detrimental to the healthy, needlessly multiplying the occurrences of illness and disease as risk factors increase exponentially. Objective:Health - Are Face Masks Ineffective and Dangerous?

O:H header
At this point it seems that anyone who is capable of comprehending the fact that face masks are physically incapable of protecting one from SARS-CoV-2 infection has already done so. The experts, the agencies like the WHO, the mask manufacturers themselves - all have told us as much, (even if they later backtracked on it).

Yet here we are - mask mandates in full effect through most of the world with tyrannical consequences for those who don't comply. And not only are the masks ineffective, there is growing evidence that they are actually harmful. Humanity is currently in a state where our leaders are forcing us to do harm to ourselves and our families (hardly something new) or face unreasonable consequences.

Those who are capable of independent thought recognize the situation for what it is, while those of authoritarian bent, or those who simply can't face the cognitive dissonance involved in realizing our "leaders" would do anything against our best interests, continue to comply and screech at those who don't. It's a mess of huge proportions on multiple levels.

Join us on this episode of Objective:Health as we, yet again, delve into the topic of masks.

Sunlight and Vitamin D: Are they the same thing?

Sunlight and Vitamin D
© Stephanie Seneff.net
Chances are, you have been told by your dermatologist to "stay out of the sun and take a vitamin D supplement every day." But sunlight and vitamin D are not the same thing.

I am a great fan of sunlight exposure, to both the skin and the eyes. We have been brainwashed into believing that the sun is toxic, whereas, in fact, it is life-giving. People who live in places with little sun have statistically higher risk of many chronic conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, autism, Alzheimer's disease, and age-related macular degeneration. Sunlight exposure protects from many different types of cancer.

The facts behind sunlight and vitamin D

The story is not that simple, however.

In a paper published in 2016, Richard Weller wrote: "A substantial body of evidence shows that sunlight has health benefits and that these are independent of vitamin D and thus cannot be reproduced by oral supplementation." [1]

CBD helps reduce lung damage from COVID

One way CBD appears to reduce the "cytokine storm" that damages the lungs and kills many patients with COVID-19 is by enabling an increase in levels of a natural peptide called apelin, which is known to reduce inflammation and whose levels are dramatically reduced in the face of this storm.

Dental College of Georgia and Medical College of Georgia researchers reported this summer CBD's ability to improve oxygen levels and reduce inflammation as well as physical lung damage in their laboratory model of deadly adult respiratory distress syndrome, or ARDS.

Now they have shown that apelin levels go way down with the viral infection, which has killed 1 million people worldwide, and that CBD quickly helps normalize those levels along with lung function.

"It was dramatic in both directions," says Dr. Babak Baban, DCG immunologist and associate dean for research, of shifting apelin levels in both circulating blood and lung tissue.

Only poisoned monkey kidney cells 'grew' the SARS-CoV-2 'virus'

Unicorn
© Canberra Times Australia
This week, my colleague and friend Sally Fallon Morell brought to my attention an amazing article put out by the CDC. The link to the article is here, and it was published in June 2020. The purpose of the article was for a group of about 20 virologists to describe the state of the science of the isolation, purification and biological characteristics of the new SARS-CoV-2 virus, and to share this information with other scientists for their own research. A thorough and careful reading of this important paper reveals some shocking findings.

First, in the section titled "Whole Genome Sequencing," we find that rather than having isolated the virus and sequencing the genome from end to end, they found 37 base pairs from unpurified samples using PCR probes This means they actually looked at 37 out of the approximately 30,000 of the base pairs that are claimed to be the genome of the intact virus. They then took these 37 segments and put them into a computer program, which filled in the rest of the base pairs.

To me, this computer-generation step constitutes scientific fraud. Here is an equivalency: A group of researchers claim to have found a unicorn because they found a piece of a hoof, a hair from a tail, and a snippet of a horn. They then add that information into a computer and program it to re-create the unicorn, and they then claim this computer re-creation is the real unicorn. Of course, they had never actually seen a unicorn so could not possibly have examined its genetic makeup to compare their samples with the actual unicorn's hair, hooves and horn.

Pills and Tablets

Last year I spent a couple of months working as a physician in a geriatric hospital, i.e. a hospital that specializes in taking care of elderly people. One thing that struck me particularly was the large number of medications each patient was on. I don't think it would be much of an exaggeration to say that the average patient had ten or more medications that they were taking on a daily basis.

This condition, of taking many different medications, is known as polypharmacy. It is a big problem. And a growing problem. In the US, 31% of older adults were taking 5 or more medications per year in 2006. Five years later, that number had increased to 36% . In a Swedish population study, 17% of adults were taking five or more drugs per day in 2006. This had increased to 19% in 2014. Among people over 90 years old, 80% were taking five or more drugs per day.

But, you might say, surely they needed those drugs? After all, they were prescribed the drugs by a doctor for a reason. And older people generally have more underlying conditions, and therefore need more drugs.

All of this is true, to a point, but the reality is more complicated. The first problem concerns how scientific studies of drugs are carried out. Most of the time, studies look at a group that has a single condition, for example heart disease, and exclude people with co-morbidities like lung disease or diabetes. Additionally, studies usually exclude people over a certain age.

Bringing the forest to kids' daycare may boost young immune systems

Want to give your kids an immune system boost? Try letting them play in the dirt more often, a new study suggests.

Researchers in Finland found that when they brought nature into daycare playgrounds -- including forest soil and vegetation -- preschoolers' immune function showed a change for the better. In simple terms, it shifted to a less inflammatory state.

That immune system redirect was also accompanied by some changes in the children's microbiome -- the vast collection of bacteria and other microbes that naturally live on and in the body. Research has revealed those bugs to be vital in normal body processes -- from metabolism to brain function to immune system regulation.

It's too early to know whether bringing the forest to urban playgrounds has real health benefits, experts said.
