Consumer protection trial lawyer Reiner Fuellmich says agencies 'knowingly misled governments across the world.'

Background to the new Nuremberg Trials 2021

A large team of more than 1,000 lawyers and over 10,000 medical experts, led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, has initiated legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and the Davos Group for crimes against humanity.

Fuellmich and his team present the incorrect PCR test and the order for doctors to describe any comorbidity death as a Covid death - as fraud.

The PCR test was never designed to detect pathogens and is 100% inaccurate at 35 cycles. All PCR tests monitored by the CDC are set at 37 to 45 cycles. The CDC acknowledges that tests over 28 cycles are not allowed for a positive reliable result.

This invalidates over 90% of the alleged Covid cases / "infections" detected by the use of this incorrect test.

Comment: Here's an interview with Fuellmich, who accuses WHO Director Tedros Adhanom, Dr Christan Drosten, the head of virology at Berlin's Charité Hospital, and Dr Lothar Wieler, the head of the RKI, the German counterpart of the U.S. Center for Disease Control, of knowingly misleading governments the world over:

"The president is anxious to get back out on the trail and we are getting a lot of offers and invitations from both candidates and political causes in different areas," an adviser of Trump's told the Daily Mail.

The rallies will reportedly "take the form of the airport rallies that dominated the closing months of last year's election campaign."

The return of rallies come after the House Republicans ousted Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) from her leadership position as conference chair Wednesday with a replacement reportedly being decided Friday.

Just before the vote, Trump issued a statement urging the Republicans to exchange "warmonger" Cheney for the "gifted" Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) in the potential upcoming vote for House Republican Conference chair on Friday.

Cheney's ouster did not go quietly, however, as she made multiple media appearances Thursday to insult Trump and shed clouds over the American First Movement of "Americanism, not Globalism."

Comment: Amazing how those who have high places within the US government have no concept of responsibility for their own political fate.

The World Health Organization warned on Friday that despite progress with vaccinations, COVID-19 is likely to claim more lives in its second year than it did in the first.

After cases spread worldwide, the WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic on March 11, 2020, and in the following year, more than 2.6 million people were reported to have died of the virus. In just the two months since, that number has risen to more than 3.3 million and with vaccines in low supply in lower-income countries, the situation could get worse. Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the WHO Director General, said on Friday:
"We're on track for the second year of the pandemic to be far more deadly than the first. Saving lives and livelihoods with a combination of public health measures and vaccinations, not one or the other, is the only way out of the pandemic."
Worldwide, more than 674 million people have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, including 150 million people in the United States. As more people have been vaccinated, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) started easing restrictions and on Thursday, lifted all recommendations for people to wear masks after they've been fully vaccinated.

Joe Biden is trying to sell his next, massive spending bill. He says it's for "infrastructure" to convince Americans it will be for much-needed projects. After all, who doesn't want better roads, bridges, airports, and public transit?

But very quickly, we began to see that this $2 trillion+ package was about anything but infrastructure. There's so much pork in this thing, it should be served for Thanksgiving dinner. And one of the items has to do with a former first lady.

While many lawmakers have tried to limit their spending to fields such as health care, transportation and education, some of the least critical projects are also the most expensive...

$1,750,000 to spruce up the Japanese Garden in Portland. $436,100 for a "meditation and restorative yoga" program in New Jersey. And $250,000 to expand the Michelle Obama Library in California.

These are just some of the controversial Community Funding Project requests filed by federal lawmakers as earmarks make a return in Congress.
It looks like Biden is trying to get lawmakers on board with his bloated spending bill, by letting them add as many wasteful "earmarks" to it as possible.

Comment: Why not promise everything? Our money is on its last legs and set to evaporate - just like they promised us a viable president...remember?

Ireland's state health services provider has shut all its IT systems and cancelled some medical appointments after what it described as a "significant ransomware attack" overnight caused widespread disruption.

Paul Reid, the Health Service Executive chief executive, told RTÉ there had been a "human-operated" attempt to access data stored on central servers for a presumed ransom. "There has been no ransom demand at this stage. The key thing is to contain the issue. We are in the containment phase."

Reid said the HSE was working with police, the defence forces and third-party cybersecurity experts to respond to what he termed an "internationally operated criminal operation". He apologised to patients and the public for the disruption.

Comment: As noted above, this is just the latest major hack in the last week or so. And it's particularly curious because recently both the US and the Great Reset gang issued warnings that these kinds of online attacks would occur:

Colonial Pipeline said Saturday that it has returned its systems to "normal operations" following the ransomware attack last week that forced the major pipeline to shut down.

The company said on Twitter that it's delivering millions of gallons per hour to the markets it serves — including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, South and North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

The president of the Arizona State Senate asked the chairman of the Maricopa Board of Supervisors in a letter on Tuesday to address "three serious issues that have arisen in the course of the Senate's ongoing audit of the returns of the November 3, 2020 general election in Maricopa County. "

Arizona State Senate President Karen Fann identified those three issues in her letter to Maricopa County Supervisors Board Chairman Jack Sellers as: (1) ongoing non-compliance with legislative subpoenas, (2) chain of custody and ballot organization anomalies, and (3) deleted data bases.

Comment: There's been hinkyness in the Arizona election process from the get-go. Let's hope the citizens keep pushing.

Wait, what? UK Guardian says backing Balfour Declaration among our 'worst errors of judgment'

Over a hundred years after backing the UK government's Balfour Declaration, The Guardian newspaper said it regrets its enthusiastic support for the famous statement recognizing a national home for Jews in historic Palestine.

In an editorial published Friday to mark its bicentennial, the Guardian listed the "worst errors of judgment" the British daily has made since its founding in 1821.

These "mistakes" included supporting the 1917 declaration issued by then foreign secretary Arthur Balfour, a document seen as a key milestone in the State Israel's establishment and which the Guardian described as having "changed the world."

"The Guardian of 1917 supported, celebrated and could even be said to have helped facilitate the Balfour declaration," the left-leaning newspaper wrote.

A ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, who voted with Democrats to impeach President Donald Trump, has reportedly agreed to a proposed 9/11-style commission to investigate the events of January 6.

Homeland Security Committee chair Bennie Thompson (D-Mississippi) and ranking member John Katko (R-New York) seem to have agreed on a proposed format and scope of the commission, made up of five Democrats and five Republicans appointed by their party leadership. The commission will only be able to issue subpoenas with a majority vote or agreement between the chair - a Democrat - and the Republican vice-chair. Its report will be due by the end of the year.

Comment: It seems that time and distance has given Republicans a little more intestinal fortitude to publicly question the official 'blown-out-of-proportion' narrative about the January 6th incident.
