Trump election interference case in Washington DC has been removed from court calendar - postponed indefinitely

According to several reports the Trump election interference case in Washington DC has been removed from the court calendar.

The case has been postponed indefinitely.

The lawsuit against the former US President was originally scheduled for March 4, 2024 before Super Tuesday.
This is a huge blow to radical Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan and the Marxist horde in America.

The Democrat Party and globalist left was hoping to use this lawfare case to damage Trump in the mainstream media before Super Tuesday. Now they have to focus on the ridiculous lawfare cases in the communist New York City courts to damage Trump that have already been decided before they start.

The DC case was removed from the calendar within the last five days.

The Washington Post reported:

Former president Donald Trump's March 4 trial date on charges of plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election has been dropped from the public calendar of the federal court in Washington, a sign of what has long been anticipated — that his claim of presidential immunity from criminal prosecution would delay his trial while it remains on appeal.

The change did not appear on the official criminal case docket before U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, who has made clear since Trump filed his appeal on Dec. 7 that all trial deadlines would be suspended while he challenges the case. On appeal, Trump is arguing that the government does not have authority under the Constitution to bring charges against him for actions he took while president after the 2020 election through the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, when he attempted to prevent Congress from confirming Joe Biden's election victory.

A delay in the D.C. case makes it increasingly likely that the first of Trump's four criminal trials could be held this spring in Manhattan on New York state charges of business fraud in connection with hush money payments during the 2016 election. That trial has nominally been set for March 25, but the court in that case has signaled deference to Trump's federal election subversion case. New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has scheduled a pretrial hearing in two weeks — Feb. 15 — and is expected to decide after that if the trial will go forward as planned.

As of at least Thursday, the March 4 trial date was dropped from a date-searchable calendar on the public website of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. It was not immediately clear when it was removed. An internal master court trial calendar distributed Jan. 26 showed Trump's trial date, suggesting the change was recent, according to a federal official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an internal document.

All of this 'witchhunt' propaganda has/had the american public played from the start. Particularly the 'maga' cult...along with their finances.

The idea: have trump appear - again - like the persecuted 'outsider'...promote the idea that 'they're not after trump, they're after YOU'...give the appearance that trump's 'legal troubles' are the 'peoples' troubles...give the illusion that when trump obtains the 'presidency' the peoples' troubles will be solved by the great emancipator.

Strange: a whole lot of people forget trump was figurehead-in-chief once already...and absolutely nothing was done about any of the 'deep state' activities. In fact, the controllers activities were just as offensive as they've been for decades already...the 'covid' mass-control experiment more appalling than anything before or since.

No doubt, trump supporters will claim all sorts of excuses as to why trump should be absolved of any complicity in it. Yet that just begs the point: if he wasn't able to effect any true leadership on behalf of the public's best interest then, what makes anyone think he can do so in the future?

Trump's been positioned as the next figurehead-in-chief ever since he 'lost' the last 'election'. Those who really control american 'democracy' will never acquiesce that control to an actual 'outsider'...that the american people haven't figured that out already is explanation as to why they continue to be abused by their chosen overlords over and over again.

Prediction: a second trump 'presidency' will be just as effective against the controllers' abuse as it was the first time around...read: nothing will actually change for the better...it will predictably only become worse.

Everyone has been brainwashed by that 'oh so presidential' nonsense, which was originally used to try demonize Trump. I just associate that type of presidential demeanour with psychopathy or a character disorder of some type; generally useful.

I like Jimmy Dore's attitude, paraphrasing: "It's not Trump that is the problem! It's the fact that things were so bad that people would rather vote in a former game-show host as president than any of his corrupt, venal, practically evil, opponents..."

What's most absurd about this is that there are those who believe there is. That's what's so remarkable for those who see right through this: trump supporters see him as 'one of their own'...a sort of 'common working man' un-touched by the 'elites'...a guy who made it big all on his own. There's nothing further from the truth. His whole public facade, in that regard, is absolutely sinister.

It's a manipulation that's betrayed some of the most motivated citizenry for change...diabolically paralyzing any potential for truly effective action(s) by that citizenry.

honor-guardian It's not that your wrong, you're not, but focusing on vilifying the patsy (that's what all politicians are, bought and sold, etc) does the real villains a great service. Trump actually has a soul, believe it or not, whereas his opponents are actual psychopaths... that presidential persona is a facade, on all of them. Trump has actually helped people over the years, unseen; remember that before he ran for president he was one of the most popular, beloved personalities. (I never liked him at all before, but i had much worse 'feelings' from all other choices, not that I'm there.)

It's our inability to spot psychopaths and their victims / enablers - the character disordered - without great and lengthy investigations. And even then.... generally we allow our emotions to nominally dictate our responses, without our awareness, you could say. This can be useful if acknowledged within the self and channelled appropriately through avenues of introspective suffering and external considering (like I'm one to talk, but still...) I am sorry to say, because it's not so nice, but the intensity of your hatred is only matched by the depths of your ignorance in a matching balance...

IncenDiary This comment will be extended...I didn't want to - or thought it necessary - to get this much into the point...but since you asked...

Let me put it this way: The U.S. political system is not one of 'we the people'...and it hasn't been for numerous decades already. The only players allowed to participate are those who can 'buy' their way in.

If that 'buy' isn't with actual financial wherewithal, it's with compromise. More often than not, that compromise isn't in the best interests of the nation at large - it's in the interests of those who control the most essential goods and services a nation depends upon for its well-being.

Many of those allowed to participate appear to be from the 'margins' and/or the 'lower' strata of the financial 'pyramid'. If one pays attention, one will find that such as these - more-often-than-not - do not make independent decisions based upon the best interests of their constituents. One will find that their decisions are based upon un-elected influences that carry a bigger carrot on the stick.

To simplify: no one is allowed to participate without the consent of those in actual control.

When it comes to the 'presidency', this holds more true than any other 'elected' office.

Those who control, have become acutely aware that the u.s. public - for the larger part - are driven not by educated decision-making...they're driven by emotional response. The u.s. is a mass-media pop-culture view of the world. Both 'sides', in the 'left/right' paradigm, are subjected to this mesmerized emotional manipulation.

The controllers love the public's attraction to the cult of personality - in fact, they thrive on it.

If you look at the big donors for trump 2016, you'll find some of the most offensive players in the bigger picture - players who should offend all those who are concerned about the 'culture war' put into play during trump's 'presidency' itself. If you look at some of the big donors now at play for 2024, you might see a very unnerving picture - a picture quite relevant to the most disturbing build-up for conflict in the world today. And these are the 'early bidders'...some of the bigger players are waiting until after trump officially assumes the gop 'nomination'.

The point: trump definitely is just a much a player among the deceptive manipulators as all the rest. Whether you want to deny it or not, it doesn't change the facts.

The 'difference' is: trump believes he's in control...and he really isn't. Those who are in control have to merely make an appeal to his ego and greed...the rest will fall into place.

One of the more interesting points mentioned in Bob Woodward's book, Rage - I say 'one' because a lot of it is coming from a very infuriating worldview - comes in Woodward's discussion of Jared Kushner. Woodward relates Kusher's self-described technique for getting trump to follow any desired policy proposal. While this appears somewhat innocuous in its representation, it actually reveals the reality that those who know how to do so, know exactly how to play trump as much as the next guy. It also reveals a lot about who was actually making 'policy', while trump merely signed on after the sell.

Trump sees everything as a 'deal' - that's not leadership, that's business. And the president of the u.s.a. should be more than that...the president should be an individual who views the role as guardian...guardian of a nation's well-being in all areas of influence.

I'm well aware that that last point would appear laughable to the vast majority of americans...yet that simply validates the overall point.

As for the 'civil war': all of those who - understandably - look forward to that, should understand this...the controllers look forward to it as well. In fact, they've been forcing the issue for a number of decades already.

And the rest of the world looks on. Those who see the self-imposed implosion in the u.s.a are already developing a whole different world scheme that's moving forward...while the people in the West watch and participate in their nations' collapse.

That's the bigger picture the vast majority in the u.s. know - or care - nothing about...while they adhere to the distraction of mass manipulation...from all 'sides'.
