In the USA this has been engineered from the beginning through educational changes. The No Child Left Behind of Bush and the Race to the Top/Common Core of Obama were to Federalize education (which is the province of the States). This enabled a "common" "indoctrination" into "global warming", "social activism", "white privilege", "systemic racism" that has bred the Sandra Korn's of today.
Let's not forget Edward Bernays. He was the one that created the PR to connect smoking a cigarette with women's right to vote, which was mostly successful. His quote from his book Propaganda. FYI, saw this brilliant fellow on The Highwire last week and bought his book. I am about 1/3 of the way through, and its eyeopening to be sure.
