Property taxes, in America for instance, were designed specifically to ensure that no citizen could ever actually owned the land beneath their feet. Instead, they rent it from the state. It is the worst form of taxation that exists in the modern world. It means you cannot stay on your land unless you pay the mafia government a protection fee.

Joan So it begs the question from me? Given Neill Oliver's long history, with the British media, and presenting history documentaries. Is he nothing more than controlled opposition, soothing the public mind. He has never to my mind ever challenged the alternative view of history.
