The sadistic psychopath who filmed his part in the events is undoubtedly a perpetrator, but was he the sole perpetrator?

Looking at Tarrant's photo, it gave off the vibe / feeling, that:
1. there are several facts very much amiss in the entire media presentation of this case.
2. Something is very wrong and is sinister here, that we are missing.
3. There was / is a strong twisting of events, a massive manipulation behind the scenes, coercing and forcing and turning facts upside-down.
4. The - for us, readers - especially painful [!..later..!] realization might turn out to be, that the real evil perpetrators here might not be those who were pushed into the forefront and those evil psychos, who are lurking in the shadows are directly responsible for this mayhem.
What would you do with a perpetrator of a massacre, who was caught, sentenced and put away or executed and who, much later, might turn out to have been Greenbaumed?
