I shared an apartment with another guy, and one day, two boxes of "Rely" tampons appeared in our mailbox. Our first reaction was that a household of two men was sent tampons was more than slightly ludicrous.
I asked my room mate if he ha ever seen a tampon? He hadn't, and neither had I, so I opened one of the boxes and took one out. I removed it from its paper wrapper, I noticed the string and I pulled on it. A shimmering ball popped out.
We'd put up a Christmas tree and strung it with all blue lights. It occurred to me that the tampons would work as tree ornaments, and we hung them on the tree.
The reaction of visitors was priceless. Entranced by the reflection of blue lights against the iridescent balls, they would approach the tree to examine them. "These are the most unique orna...ARE THESE TAMPONS?!?
