Police say they've attempted to contact McGowan so she can appear in a Loudoun County, Virginia, court. The warrant has been entered into a national law enforcement database.
McGowan has been one of the leading voices against sexual harassment in Hollywood, and tweeted earlier this month that she was raped by a man with the initials "HW." The Hollywood Reporter said McGowan confirmed she was referring to disgraced media mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Comment: Considering the offense occurred much earlier in the year and it's only now, since Rose McGowan became prominent in speaking out about her experiences of the depravity in the entertainment industry, the situation is highly suspect. Another celebrity who has been at the forefront of this exposé was also recently charged with drug possession: Corey Feldman arrested for marijuana possession days after tweeting about Hollywood child sex abuse in the wake of Weinstein scandal
One wonders whether this is an attempt to keep silent those who would expose the criminals in Hollywood.

Also think the logo on is cap (is it the flower of life ? Linked with Lucifer.) appeared in ''Eyes wide shut'' when Cruize's character walks downtown and notice a couple leaning against the wall after he was pushed around by a group of drunks. It appears on a door on the right of the screen. Not sure tough its the same.
