Saif-al-Islam Gaddafi
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has called for the immediate arrest of recently released Saif al-Islam, the second son of Muammar Gaddafi.

Through a statement, the Attorney at the International Criminal Court, Fatou Bensouda, said Saif al-Islam was to be arrested for crimes against humanity.

The arrest warrant against Saif al-Islam issued in 2011 "remains in force and Libya should immediately proceed to the arrest and handover of Gaddafi to the ICC, regardless of any alleged amnesty law," Bensouda said.

In a 2014 press release, Amnesty International had called for the "immediate surrender" of Saif-al-Islam to the ICC.
