The Zarechny district court of city of Sumy heard the case of a former SBU officer who tried to get a job in the Ministry of State Security of DPR. He failed, but he did almost go to jail. The Prosecutor's office of Ukraine tried to throw the man to the Gestapo's torture chambers only on the basis of job attempts.
However, the court fully acquitted the former officer of the SBU, citing a lack of evidence against him. It turns out that today Ukraine has still not established the fact that the DPR and LPR are terrorist organizations at the legal level. Checkmate, as they say.
The judge revealed the absence of normative-legal acts, where there would be a list of terrorist organizations from the Donetsk and Lugansk regions that are recognized at least by one state or international organization. Moreover, the relevant international courts' decisions, and even the final decision of the Supreme court of Ukraine on this subject do not exist in nature.
In other words, the DPR and LPR are terrorist organizations only in the sick imagination of the Maidan power. The rest of the world lives by different rules and norms.
The prosecutor and the witnesses tried to prove the guilt of the defendant of the former, however, the Sumy court found the charges to be unsubstantiated. The court's decision explicitly states that the investigator's conclusions about the DPR as a terrorist organization are only speculation.
Assumptions. It turns out that people who came to power by unconstitutional means unleashed carnage in Donbass only on the basis of assumptions.
There was no reason for the beginning of the antiterrorist operation in the South-East. Moreover, there was no reason to declare multiple involuntary mobilizations.
This judicial precedent is bound to continue. Most importantly, Ukrainian citizens are not afraid to assert their rights in the courts. As practice has shown, not everything is so hopeless in the Ukrainian Nazi Mordor.
The Maidan authorities are obliged to appear before the court for all the bloody crimes that they have committed. It will be very symbolic if the Ukrainian people sit at the trial of Nazi war criminals.
Recently, the decision to initiate criminal proceedings against the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and acting President at the beginning of the "ATO" Oleksandr Turchynov was stated by the leader of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko.
Today, the decision was made to move Ambassador Geoffrey R. Pyatt from Ukraine to Greece, said the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs. That is, the United States withdrew its operational managers from the fire, and finally loudly announced to the media the decision of the Ukrainian court.
I believe that these accidents are not random, and are pieces of a single picture. If you collect all the pieces for one painting, we can see the bigger picture - the Lviv Tribunal for Ukraine.
Comment: The entire war on Donetsk and Lugansk was justified on the basis that Kiev was fighting terrorists. The name of the war is the ATO or anti-terrorist operation. Now it turns out there is no legal justification for this, even within Ukraine. These guys didn't even bother to create a fraudulent list of internal terrorist organizations. Why are we not surprised?
