Feds believe couple used own children to produce porn


An Oakland County couple is facing child pornography charges involving images and video of children as young a 1 years old.

According to an affidavit filed in federal court, Colin Matthew Boyle is facing charges he produced, distributed, received and possessed child pornography. Anngela Boyle is facing charges she distributed, received and possessed child pornography.

Colin Boyle is also a registered sex offender.

The affidavit says the FBI searched the couple's home and Colin Boyle's parents home on November 9. According to officials records, the search warrant was based on information that led investigators to believe that Boyle was accessing files from a website known to contain pornography.

According to investigators, Boyle accessed a sexually explicit post depicting a 2-month-old girl.

Both suspects were present during the search of their White Lake home.

During an interview with Colin, investigators say he admitted to downloading child pornography from the internet.

Investigators also searched the couple's computer and found a folder containing several videos depicting child pornography. They also found a "point and click" video camera that depicted a naked 1-year-old girl. According to the affidavit, a voice that resembles Colin Boyle's can be heard on the recording.

Anngela Boyle was also interviewed during the search. According to the affidavit, Anngela admitted to that she and Colin send each other child pornography, because it is the only thing that sexually excites Colin.

The affidavit also says that Anngela admitted that she and Colin engaged in sexually explicit activity with the 1-year-old and a three-year-old on at least four occasions. She also indicated that Colin had his phone out, but she did not know if he recorded the incidents.
