Here's a video of one of the first bombings in Egypt in which we were told a fanatical Brotherhood member blew himself up in his car. Turns out some guy parked the car well away from the front of the building and hopped in a get-away car which sped off. The bomb was later detonated by remote or it was on a timer.

The ones responsible for planing the bomb are the same ones that declare it a "suicide bombing".
