This should really provide good information as to how far the value of these medals and awards have fallen. The Nobel Society has also proven themselves to be little more than panderers to the PTB. Having given both Al gore and Obama peace prizes.
I'm really surprised that bush jr didn't squeeze out a Silver Star or a congressional medal of honor for his exemplary performance in the air force. Imagine how many of the people in the past who had really earned these awards would have felt. It's just sad.
