Appeals court allows Texas abortion law to remain in effect

5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals
A federal appeals court on Thursday evening ruled that Texas' restrictive abortion law can remain in effect even as it is litigated over its constitutionality.

The 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals voted 2-1 to reject a U.S. Justice Department appeal.

The decision means Texas can enforce its new law barring most abortions as early as six weeks after conception.

The decision marks the third time since October that the appeals court has sided with Texas, and it moves the case one step closer to reaching the Supreme Court.

Aftermath of the blast at Bibi Fatima mosque in Kandahar, Afghanistan on October 15, 2021
ISIS-K claims responsibility for attack that killed at least 47 people inside a mosque in southern city during Friday prayers.

At least 47 people have been killed and 70 others wounded after an explosion went off inside a Shia mosque in Afghanistan's southern city of Kandahar, according to a Taliban official.

The explosion on Friday afternoon took place in the Bibi Fatima mosque, the largest mosque for Shia worshippers in the city.

Hafiz Sayeed, the Taliban's chief for Kandahar's department of culture and information, reported the number of dead and wounded.

Interior ministry spokesman Sayed Khosti said on Twitter: "We are saddened to learn that an explosion took place in a mosque of the Shia brotherhood in the first district of Kandahar city in which a number of our compatriots were martyred and wounded."

Comment: Russia has been warning of the build-up of ISIS terrorist numbers in Afghanistan since 2018. Qui bono?

Loudoun County: Family of alleged rape victim is suing school district

The family of a girl who was allegedly raped in her school bathroom is pursuing civil action against Loudoun County Public Schools under the provisions of Title IX after the release of The Daily Wire's blockbuster report, alleging that Loudoun County Public Schools covered up the sexual assault.

As The Daily Wire exclusively reported, the victim's father, Scott Smith, said that a boy allegedly wearing a skirt went into a girls' bathroom at a local high school where he sexually assaulted Smith's ninth-grade daughter.

Comment: More from Breitbart:
Parents in Loudoun County, Virginia, were livid Tuesday night over an alleged coverup of sexual assault as debate rages over a transgender policy allowing male students to use female facilities such as restrooms and locker rooms.

Tuesday's Loudoun County school board meeting, which has been a national hotbed of controversy over the implementation of radical Critical Race Theory and transgender policies, was dominated by parents speaking up about the alleged coverup of a sexual assault by a student who identifies as a transgender woman, according to an explosive report. Many parents called for the resignations of school board members.

As Breitbart News reported, the father of an alleged Stone Bridge High School victim, Scott Smith, "claimed a boy who was wearing a skirt had entered the girls' bathroom at the high school and sexually assaulted his ninth-grade daughter." Subsequently, "the boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio that day at school."

According to ABC7 News, "the same juvenile suspect was charged with a second sexual assault at another Loudoun County school after the May 28 incident."

At Tuesday's school board meeting, members were questioned heavily on how this could happen in their county, with speaker Monica Sadeghi saying, "How do you expect parents across this county to drop off their kids and entrust you all to keep them safe when you've shown on more than one occasion you are not up for the job?"

ABC7 also noted that the school "cannot comment on" how the incident with Smith's daughter "didn't cause the discipline to rise to the level of immediate expulsion."

To the point, speaker Theresa Lieberman noted that, "When the Catholic Church passed predator priest from parish to parish the walls came eventually crashing down on them. And they were finally held accountable for the abuse. When is doctor [Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott] Ziegler and this board going to be held accountable?"

Project Veritas: Pfizer scientist admits Covid antibodies transfer during pregnancy "through the umbilical cord"

Project Veritas on Friday released undercover video of a Pfizer scientist admitting natural Covid antibodies transfer during pregnancy through the umbilical cord.

Nick Karl, a scientist at Pfizer said of pregnant women: "it's either you get antibodies naturally or vaccinated you pass it through."

Meanwhile, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has completely ignored natural immunity and continues to push the Covid vaccine on pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Comment: In all the history of vaccination it has never been a policy to inject pregnant women until now. Why the upending of one of the cornerstones of immunology by the CDC, and against the WHO's recommendation? We are more than nine months in to the vaccine push now. The tragic fallout of the mandated vaccine campaign will be upon us soon.

Workers at a nuclear laboratory in New Mexico filed a lawsuit Thursday attempting to stop a vaccine mandate from taking effect.

According to The Hill, more than 100 workers at the Los Alamos National Laboratory are alleging that the laboratory's vaccine exemption policy is too strict and that their exemptions were wrongfully denied.

The New Mexico laboratory is best known for creating the atomic bomb and is one of the largest employers within the state.

The lawyer encouraged workers in similar situations after resisting pressure to take the vaccine to sue not only for lost wages but also for damages. Sandri described the scare-tactics and threats used by some employers who pressure their workers into getting vaccinated as a form of "bullying."

"The same principle can be applied in many other situations where there is a vaccine mandate," he said.

"Anyone employed at a company who has been unduly pressured to get vaccinated and perhaps suspended for not doing so thus becomes a victim of bullying."

Duke of Cambridge's pot-shot at Bezos: Focus on fixing Earth instead of space race

duke of cambridge
The Duke of Cambridge has warned that the "world's greatest brains" should focus on repairing the planet rather than "trying to find the next place to go and live".

His comments came hours after Jeff Bezos, the billionaire Amazon tycoon, sent Star Trek's William Shatner into space aboard Blue Origin's New Shepard rocket.

Shatner, 90, stepped out of the space capsule in a West Texas desert having become the oldest human to leave Earth's atmosphere, declaring the experience as "extraordinary" and "profound" while adding: "Everybody in the world needs to do this."

Comment: This just comes across as billionaires insulting each other over how they've chosen to waste their money.

As one of the top wheat importers in the world, Uzbekistan might have found an answer to some of its agricultural shortages by renting farmland in Russia.

Uzbek Agriculture Minister Jamshid Hojaev discussed the topic via videoconference with Deputy Agriculture Minister Sergei Levin in early October, Uzbek and Russian media reported.

Uzbekistan is hoping to rent up to 1 million hectares of land in Russia to grow wheat, soy, and oilseeds there.

Comment: With world shipping in disarray, and with no resolution coming anytime soon, coupled with rising crop failures due to the increasingly erratic and extreme weather, much of the world is looking for ways to supplement the very real and looming food shortages threatening the planet: Below is some insight into just some of the issues farmers are facing:

UK: 43,000 may have received false negative COVID results

PCR test

British health officials said Friday that 43,000 people may have been wrongly told they don't have the coronavirus because of problems at a private laboratory.

The U.K. Health Security Agency said the Immensa Health Clinic Ltd. lab in the central England city of Wolverhampton has been suspended from processing swabs after the false negatives.

Will Welfare, the agency's public health incident director, said it was working "to determine the laboratory technical issues" behind the inaccurate tests.

The issue was uncovered after some people who were positive for COVID-19 when they took rapid tests went on to show up as negative on more accurate PCR tests.

The health agency said that "around 400,000 samples have been processed through the lab, the vast majority of which will have been negative results, but an estimated 43,000 people may have been given incorrect negative PCR test results," mostly in southwest England. The incorrect results were given between Sept. 8 and Oct. 12.

The agency said it was "an isolated incident attributed to one laboratory" and people affected would be contacted and advised to get another test.

Comment: Why has nobody said anything about false-positive test results that people were getting since this madness started?

Is it because those false-positive tests were in favor of the elites who created this mess, so they can fire up the hysteria even more and keep installing fascistic and totalitarian rule over humanity?

Since they claim that there was a technical problem in the lab and they have false-negative tests, they probably have false-positive test results in the same period. Why they don't talk about those test results?

PCR tests are scientifically meaningless since they are not the kind of tests that can be used for the diagnosis of any kind of infection. PCR tests and media are used as a disinformation tool to increase the fear and hysteria among people. They created a perfect illusion of pandemic, based on PCR tests.

Lack of maternity staff at scandal-ridden NHS hospital put pregnant women at risk, lockdowns made situation even worse, watchdog finds

Midwife checks unborn baby's heartbeat. May 15, 2020.
A UK health sector watchdog has warned that pregnant women were exposed to "avoidable harm" due to shortages of trained maternity staff at NHS hospitals under a trust that is at the centre of a high-profile infant deaths scandal.

An investigation by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) found that low staff numbers at the East Kent Hospitals Trust meant that midwives often had to work 20-hour shifts with little time for a break. The shortfall in staff with the right qualifications and training meant that women had to be transferred to different hospitals during labour on occasion.

The BBC reported that 15 babies have died in the trust's care since 2011. In June, it was fined £761,000 for "wholly avoidable" mistakes by staff at the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital that led to the death of a baby in November 2017.

Comment: As noted above, the manufactured crisis merely accelerated the deliberate destruction of the NHS by those intending to profit from its privatisation:

Scotland's excess deaths 30% higher than average, highest since January 2021

The number of people who died in Scotland last week was 30% higher than the pre-pandemic average, new figures have shown.

The National Records of Scotland said 1,353 deaths from all causes were registered in the week to 10 October.

This was 315 more than the average for the same week from 2015 to 2019, and the highest rate of "excess" deaths since the first week of January 2021.

These included deaths linked to cancer, heart disease and dementia.

Comment: As we've seen elsewhere, the entirely avoidable, government-enforced lockdowns will kill many more people than the coronavirus ever will; but, it's worse, because now there's multiple doses of experimental injections adding to the burden on people's health, and we're only just beginning to see the impact that the disruption to world shipping is having on people's lives: Also check out SOTT radio's:
