The nation's largest labor union held a conference earlier this month to train teachers on "Advancing LGBTQ+ Justice" — months after the
Nation's Report Card revealed student scores in reading and math were hitting new lows.
At the woke National Education Association (NEA) gathering, educators spent valuable time learning the nuances of so-called "neopronouns" and "xeopronouns," while being instructed on ways to subvert conservative "villains" and their own "internal oppression.""When someone calls you and tells you they are transitioning, do not question them about what they are doing," attendees were told, according to material obtained by conservative watchdog Defending Education."NEVER talk someone out of transitioning or question their decisions around their identity."
In keeping with the theme of combatting and recognizing oppression, the conference included a land acknowledgement and a harsh critique of the United States.
"Oppressed people's stories are deliberately kept out of the telling of the story of what we know as the United States of America," the presentation material said.
"What we now call the United States of America is still an uncomfortable, awkward, and sometimes unsafe place to be a member of the LGBTQ+ community."
Attendees were also told that "terminology around gender, identity, and sexual orientation changes every 2 years," while the "terminology around race and ethnicity changes every 10 years."One of the PowerPoint slides in the workshop explained that transgenderism breaks down into two categories: binary — which includes "trans man" and "trans woman" — and non-binary: "genderqueer," "genderfluid," "bigender," "demiboy," "demigirl," "neutrois" and more.
"People's gender identity and sexual orientation can shift at different times," another slide cautioned.
Educators were also warned about "dog whistle-y" terms, such as "homosexual," "biological male/female," "sex change," "transgendered," "sexual preference," and "hermaphrodite."At one point, instructors also presented a video from Jeffrey Marsh, a Buddhist LGBTQ activist who uses they/them pronouns, to explain "neopronouns" and "xeopronouns."Neopronouns are nontraditional "pronouns" such as "xe/xem/xyr," "ey/em/eir," and "ze/zir/zirs." Xeopronouns are used to describe conceptual identities like "star/stars/starself" and "cat/cats/catself."Ahead of the conference, NEA
distributed handouts that implied Republicans are "villains" who use an "arsenal of racist dog whistles" and are "mobilizing their base with a potent mix of racist and transphobic tropes."
Instructors were also briefed on tactics to advance the LGBTQ agenda and were urged to escalate their antics "gradually" so that the public has time to adjust. In one exercise, teachers were given 30 minutes to design a campaign and received feedback from their peers on their strategy."We demand gender affirming bathrooms in every school because all students need to feel safe and included in our school," one sample demand said.
The Post reached out to NEA for comment.
More than 3 million educators, staff, administrators, and other stakeholders are part of the union.
"America's teachers and students deserve better from the nation's largest teachers' union, an organization that likely represents many of the teachers in our own local schools, from big cities to small towns," Defending Education senior director of strategic initiatives Paul Runko told The Post.
"Shame on the NEA for taking dues from hardworking educators and using them to push a hyper-political agenda that does nothing to help students achieve excellence in the classroom."

those are becoming ubiquitous!
Nurses (the good ones) have or are currently quitting because medical environment is so toxic and most are bullies
Being a nurse is like being a cop - its a hard job and often not appreciated - leading to many sour situations....almost as difficult as being an elementary school teacher (which my wife is) with a classroom full of brats!
(oh well....we all got jobs to do....)

School is daycare for kids, so parents can work. Once they got 95% of the mothers into the workforce, they went full poopaganda.
Then, in the 60's as the gay liberation movement advanced, it was accepted as ok for men to feel feminine and women to feel masculine, and degrees of each. They never needed to question, or try to change, their biological gender.
So, why now, after so long, do these people want to challenge, or deny, nature's choice of gender?
Don't they realise, they don't have a choice ?
Postmodernists run into the wall of reality if they think they can change this - the male-female dichotomy is what makes the world go round! Literally. Female-male dichotomy if you please.
Same difference!
It is nature's way - and this is known.
I was born a male - I got some goods below to prove that!
So I ain't ever gonna be female - the choice was made by nature - I can live with that - hells-bells - I didn't choose to be born, but I chose to live evidently - don't fight nature - mother nature is a cruel mistress if you think you gonna play with her choices!
Father time is even meaner! He takes no prisoners.
Time tells!

So what were you born and why you want to change that is a fair question - loaded.
If you are born a man, there comes certain responsibilities that come with the body of a man. Maybe you don't want to be the work horse or the defender of the family, sorry, comes with the territory. Likewise a woman, maybe you don't want to bear a child or the tedious job of tending to a family, sorry, comes with the territory.
Just be the best you can be...
Happy New Year - may it be festive....
I got high hopes for 2026.

For example, the American Psychological Association, "The American Psychological Association (APA) affirms that transgender, gender-diverse, and nonbinary gender identities are normal variations in human expression of gender ."
It will take a decade to clean house for the USA to root out this cancer.
Once made a comment about how cold the summers had become (northern US), and was harrassed by academic staff for not believing in climate change! When asked directly if I "believed" in climate change (like they are literally policing BELIEFS), I said, well, once upon a time my toilet "sweat" on warm days (temp differential between cold water in tank and room temp of 80+ F), and it hasn't sweat in 20 years ... and ... the next week my boss gave me a lecture on how he wanted to visit the keys before they sunk into ocean. My boss had a ph.d. and was (literally) the most intelligent of the lemmings in faculty in my department.
If not, perhaps the Roman "Decimation" method improves results : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimation_(punishment)
After WWII, the Soviets demonstrated their idea of "denazification" in their occupation zone, which later became "East Germany". Besides criminal punishment for proven crimes, ALL civil servants which had been member of the NSDAP, SS or Waffen-SS were removed from their positions, and banned from entering civil service for life time. This of course included all teachers in both basic and higher education.
If I might recommend an adage from that time to the Trump administration :
"Learning from the Soviet Union means learning to win !"
