Earlier in Oct., House Speaker Mike Johnson explained to former Bill Clinton campaign operative, ABC News' George Stephanopoulos, exactly how - and why - Dems have demanded the federal government keep the gravy train going for illegals across the country to pay for their healthcare; it's the primary purpose for the shutdown.
All the while, even with much of the federal government in sleep mode, the Trump administration continues to work on lowering the cost of medicines for every day Americans with a second deal with a major pharmaceutical company.
RedState wrote that there's already ample documentation on how much fraud, waste, and abuse is endemic in the Medicaid program, with Oregon set to dole out a massive amount--about $1.5 billion--in healthcare benefits from 2025-2027, 25 percent of it covered by federally-funded tax dollars.
Most recently, in May, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Director, Dr. Mehmet Oz shared that the overall Medicaid fraud was astronomical, according to what had been ferreted out by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), as my colleague Bob Hoge wrote.
Now, we see yet another submitting of receipts over Medicaid and illegal immigrants, in a new interview with Fox News' Fox & Friends this week. Hold on to your seats, readers.
The Trump administration has "identified more than $1 billion" in taxpayer dollars that were spent on Illegals' healthcare--and they have only investigated "half a dozen states," Dr. Oz said in the segment this week:
A major positive in what he said is that the Trump administration is in the process of "clawing back" that money from misuse. As Dr. Oz also stated in the clip, the receipts don't lie--and they continue to pile up on the leftists who control the Democrat Party in this mess.
I'd say the facts are clear as a mill pond after a summer thunderstorm: Democrats cannot hide that they are fine with leaving actual Americans in need out to dry - while they fight like heck to protect illegals with Senator Chuck Schumer's Shutdown. Shameful.

It is not the people who support this, only the bought-and-paid-for Schumer/Pelosi Democrats who have accepted bribes for decades to remain in power .
The Trump administration has been deporting people in the Country at ever increasing rates, we are told. Meanwhile, millions the US citizens are about to be trapped in airports all around the country with no flights to take them home, as the air traffic controllers stop working since they will not be paid for tomorrow for the first under this shutdown.
So, how can Schumer be squeezing Trump by the balls about healthcare for illegals, if Trump is rapidly removing them? This is ridiculous. Trump is getting bad advice. He should sign the deal as is, so the American people are taken care of, instead of holding out over a rapidly disappearing issue.
Trump should keep his eye on the ball. If the airlines are effectively shut down tomorrow, his advisors are purposefully throwing him off the cliff, along with any dreams of a 3'rd term! Say it ain't so Steve...!
