This is so true, and the deleted contents follow such a distinct pattern that it is reasonable to assume there are armies of people engaged in sanitizing the Internet, effectively burning the books. The topics all relate to buried history, unspeakable crimes long forgotten, almost anything related to the Jews or to Israel, including Jewish crimes like the opium travesty in China, among many others. It seems that anything which might be embarrassing or inconvenient is targeted for removal. There is no substantive difference between physically burning books and deleting Internet documents. The result is the same.
Some links to historical documents that I saved 15 or 20 years ago, are still active, and the documents can still be accessed, but they will no longer appear on a search with any terms. It is now often true that even if you know the complete title of a document, the search engines - especially Google - will refuse to produce it. This is so true that Google (particularly) no longer functions as a useful search engine; it is instead a "gate-keeper" with two main functions. One is to feed you information it wants you to have (or things it wants you to think), and the second is to ensure you never find information it doesn't want you to have(or things it doesn't want you to think). You may not want to hear this, but ChatGPT is not better in any respect. It receives its marching orders from the same place as Google and the New York Times.
The point of the above is that those "army members" are following an ideological agenda, and are actively scrubbing the Internet of important historical and other documents and sources of information that are uncomfortable primarily to the Jews. This was brought home to me a while back, and it had to happen twice before I learned my lesson.
Briefly, in two instances about one month apart, I received an email requesting reference links about specific topics in one of my articles. The first request was from the owner of a well-knows "alternative news" website where I had published many articles, asking for "a couple of references" on the topic of an article I had submitted for publication. I trusted the request, so I complied, but I was surprised to discover a few days later that those references had been removed from the websites. The sites were still there, but the specific pages were gone - deleted in the prior few days. I thought at the time that this was merely a coincidence, just some bad luck. However, a few weeks later I received another similar message, this one from a name and address I didn't know. The writer complimented my writing, made reference to the content of one of my articles, and stated he also had a great interest in that topic. He asked for "two or three references" so that he could better research the topic. I complied, and with the same result. I was surprised to discover a few days later that those references had been deleted, the pages removed from the websites. It was then I realised I'd been duped, not by the Internet-scrubbers directly, but by others assisting them. Both sets of references related to large crimes committed by the Jews but that were part of "buried history".
As one example, few people are aware that after World War II, Germany was looted to the bones by the "victors", to an extent few would imagine. It was possible to find literally hundreds of photos of German factories having all their machinery removed, loaded onto freight cars, and being sent to one country or another as "reparations". Every factory of significance in Germany was stripped to the bare walls, with all manufacturing machinery and assets removed. At the time (8 or 10 years ago), I didn't save any of the photos because there were so many and I assumed they would always be there. Not so. More recently, I wanted to write an article on these travesties and was surprised to find that all the pictures had been removed from the Internet. I had saved a few URLs, but those links were dead. I searched for hours with no success. I had friends in Western and Eastern European countries search for me, using their local search engines. Nothing. I abandoned Google and Bing, and tried Yandex, Baidu, and others, with the same result. It appeared that every photo of German factories being looted had been removed from the Internet.
I will give you another example, this one from Mexico. A few years ago, the Mexican news media were all abuzz about an astonishing development. The employees of Coca-Cola Mexico had voted overwhelmingly to form a union, but the news media reported that all employees were immediately forced to resign - many of them apparently at gunpoint. This news was huge. Every major news outlet in Mexico carried all the details, as did many smaller news sources and many US news websites like CNN, NBC, and others. The search engines listed multiple pages on this event. Some news sources suggested the employees were later re-hired, but were then not union members, and would never be such again. I was so interested that I returned the following day to learn the effects of all this. There was nothing. Every Mexican news website had been scrubbed clean. I had saved some of the URLs, but these links were now all dead. I was so determined that I searched for several hours, going even to second and third-level Mexican news websites, but there was nothing. It was the same with the US news sources; all the web pages and even casual mentions of this event had been carefully deleted, and Google and Bing suddenly had no memory of it. It was as if the event had never happened. I was stunned. Who has that kind of power over the news media?
This brings me to today, with two items of current interest, both involving Elon Musk. For the past few prior years, almost every photo of Elon Musk seemed designed to make him look cute, adorable, boyish, and harmless. Nearly every photo showed him with a foolish smile and 3-year-old sideways-looking eyes, like a cute little puppy. Retarded, but cute. Adorable, even. They were stupid, of course. A 52-year-old man, supposedly the CEO of huge companies, posing like a little boy or a retarded little puppy with a foolish smile and his "adorable" sideways-looking eyes. Can you picture Warren Buffet posing for such photos? No non-child would ever do such a thing. Altogether, there must have been hundreds of these photos, all similar or the same.
I wanted to use one of those photos to illustrate an article in my series on Debunking Elon Musk, but those photos are gone, replaced by essentially normal photographs. Once again, I was determined, and searched for several hours without result. Once again, I made a request of friends in other countries to use their local search engines, but with no result. It appears that every one of those photos has been deleted from the Internet. I'm not surprised, because the photos were actually quite stupid even though they were obviously part of the "legend-building" agenda. But the point is that someone has made an enormous effort to sanitise the world of Elon Musk, and with apparent great success.
The next item is more serious. Elon Musk has made or appeared in at least hundreds and possibly thousands of YouTube and other videos, and many statements on Twitter as well. In so many of these videos and posts, Musk made incredibly uninformed, misleading, and stupid, statements. Some of these were insane predictions of things he would do, or events that would occur; many statements were just incoherent and bizarre babbling. As one example, Musk repeatedly promoted the detonation of nuclear bombs on Mars as part of the "terraforming" process. I wanted to reference some of these for one of my articles, and was again surprised to discover that almost all of them had been removed from the internet. These deletions were almost certainly done at the direction of Elon Musk in attempts to erase the record of much of his public commentary, the content of which has become increasingly embarrassing over time. Musk's hirelings had been tasked with scouring the Internet and removing hundreds of hours of Musk's content that was foolish, shameful, incoherent, bizarre, and generally unintelligent.
This issue touches on fundamental concerns about information preservation, censorship, and the control of historical and contemporary discourse. The deletion of internet content is a modern form of book burning, especially when it involves the removal of controversial, incriminating, or politically inconvenient material. While physical book burning is a visceral, symbolic act of destruction, digital erasure can be more insidious because it often happens without public scrutiny. Content can disappear quietly, leaving little trace or accountability. The internet's ephemeral nature means that unless information is actively archived, it can vanish permanently.
The content removal that is done openly is usually justified under terms of hate speech or misinformation, but the line between moderation and censorship is blurry at best. Powerful people can cause these deletions, either directly or through pressure on platforms. It's important to note that major news websites might respond to a high-level request to delete an item, but there are many 2nd, 3rd, 4th-level websites that don't care what other people want, and will publish whatever they please. You don't remove content from these websites with a request; that would most likely be accomplished only by threats, intimidation, and/or extortion.
The truth is that while the internet allows for unprecedented access to information, it also enables unprecedented control over that information, and the question then is who decides what gets removed. Jews control, usually by ownership, sometimes by other means, virtually the entire mass and social media of much of the world, certainly in what we define as 'The West' but also deeply into the other continents. In many Jewish publications, the Jews boast of their ownership and control of the media and Hollywood yet, if a Gentile dares to state the same facts, the invariable response is loud denial and vicious personal attacks that are often socially and financially fatal.

The Jews' muzzling power is very much in evidence today. In fact, the mere mention, the bringing to public attention, of completely innocent facts relating to the Jews, is sufficient to generate bitter and quite dirty accusations of anti-Semitism, of being a Nazi or a racist. It is very unpleasant. I once observed in an online forum that Jews were over-represented in the professions - medicine, dentistry, law, accounting - far above their percentage of the population at large. This received no comment. But when I added that Jews were also over-represented in media, publishing and entertainment fields, as well as in the US government - as they are - my observations immediately generated multiple personal attacks of anti-Semitism, of being a "Jew-hater" and more. Alison Weir wrote an excellent article [2] on how Israel and the Jews work to control information on the Internet, and specifically to remove any "anti-Semitic" content - which is generally defined as anything the Jews don't want to hear - or don't want you to hear.

Researching, Searching, Sources and References
There is no question that it is more difficult to search the Internet today than was the case 15 or 20 years ago. Especially on the English-language Internet, information control is much more...the manipulation of information. Here is an older SOTT link on searching the internet.
search with Duckduckgo maybe
I was intrigued to see Yandex was considered the best search engine a few months back.
So while we observe this, back to books everyone. Yes, you can burn books but they can be hidden and some always survive. So keep the libraries open. The speed at which they destroy history on the web instant. This is Orwell's 1984: the memory hole, I think he called it.
The web is going the way many of us feared. It is a gate keeper. When all the town centre shops have closed (and we live in a digital cash society) it will throttle us all, unless we do as we are told.
But then again...the plans of mice and men....
Just last week I noticed that my searches for information on the 'scamdemic' were met with 'forbidden'; this is a first.
Sadly even a good search engine won't help if the source material has been taken down by a compliant ISP.
Worry about the horrors of today.
If people in the media cannot decide whether they are in the business of reporting news or manufacturing propaganda, it is all the more important that the public understand that difference, and choose their news sources accordingly.

FWIW,
0.004% of the internet is accessible to the public in the form of over 4.5 billion indexed websites. Which means that 99.996% of the internet is inaccessible without permissions and passwords and is not indexed by standard search engines.
This 99.996% of data is called the deep web.
So what is this content and data we can’t see? Mostly pretty innocuous stuff, actually. Contrary to popular belief, the deep web mostly consists of simple things like your emails, social media profiles, subscription sites saved data (like your viewing history on Netflix) and other privately owned data (the cloud, your Google docs, etc.).[Link]
Don't forget, sometimes salvation can be found through the "Internet Archive"
