Comment: The following article was published in the Johns Hopkins University newsletter on November 22nd. It has since been taken down, so we're archiving it on Sott.net.
This university has been 'Covid-19 central' for data collection and analysis for all countries globally from the get-go. After 10 months of global panic, its experts have confirmed that there is, in their own words, "no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths" in 2020.
In short, this has all been for nothing.
After retrieving data on the CDC website, Briand compiled a graph representing percentages of total deaths per age category from early February to early September.
From mid-March to mid-September, U.S. total deaths have reached 1.7 million, of which 200,000, or 12% of total deaths, are COVID-19-related. Instead of looking directly at COVID-19 deaths, Briand focused on total deaths per age group and per cause of death in the U.S. and used this information to shed light on the effects of COVID-19.
She explained that the significance of COVID-19 on U.S. deaths can be fully understood only through comparison to the number of total deaths in the United States.
After retrieving data on the CDC website, Briand compiled a graph representing percentages of total deaths per age category from early February to early September, which includes the period from before COVID-19 was detected in the U.S. to after infection rates soared.
Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19...
Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.
"The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals," Briand said.
Briand also noted that 50,000 to 70,000 deaths are seen both before and after COVID-19, indicating that this number of deaths was normal long before COVID-19 emerged. Therefore, according to Briand, not only has COVID-19 had no effect on the percentage of deaths of older people, but it has also not increased the total number of deaths.
These data analyses suggest that in contrast to most people's assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.
This comes as a shock to many people. How is it that the data lie so far from our perception?
To answer that question, Briand shifted her focus to the deaths per causes ranging from 2014 to 2020. There is a sudden increase in deaths in 2020 due to COVID-19. This is no surprise because COVID-19 emerged in the U.S. in early 2020, and thus COVID-19-related deaths increased drastically afterward.
Analysis of deaths per cause in 2018 revealed that the pattern of seasonal increase in the total number of deaths is a result of the rise in deaths by all causes, with the top three being heart disease, respiratory diseases, influenza and pneumonia.
"This is true every year. Every year in the U.S. when we observe the seasonal ups and downs, we have an increase of deaths due to all causes," Briand pointed out.
When Briand looked at the 2020 data during that seasonal period, COVID-19-related deaths exceeded deaths from heart diseases. This was highly unusual since heart disease has always prevailed as the leading cause of deaths. However, when taking a closer look at the death numbers, she noted something strange. As Briand compared the number of deaths per cause during that period in 2020 to 2018, she noticed that instead of the expected drastic increase across all causes, there was a significant decrease in deaths due to heart disease. Even more surprising, as seen in the graph below, this sudden decline in deaths is observed for all other causes.

"All of this points to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers. We found no evidence to the contrary," Briand concluded.
In an interview with The News-Letter, Briand addressed the question of whether COVID-19 deaths can be called misleading since the infection might have exacerbated and even led to deaths by other underlying diseases.
"If [the COVID-19 death toll] was not misleading at all, what we should have observed is an increased number of heart attacks and increased COVID-19 numbers. But a decreased number of heart attacks and all the other death causes doesn't give us a choice but to point to some misclassification," Briand replied.
In other words, the effect of COVID-19 on deaths in the U.S. is considered problematic only when it increases the total number of deaths or the true death burden by a significant amount in addition to the expected deaths by other causes. Since the crude number of total deaths by all causes before and after COVID-19 has stayed the same, one can hardly say, in Briand's view, that COVID-19 deaths are concerning.
Briand also mentioned that more research and data are needed to truly decipher the effect of COVID-19 on deaths in the United States.
Throughout the talk, Briand constantly emphasized that although COVID-19 is a serious national and global problem, she also stressed that society should never lose focus of the bigger picture — death in general.
The death of a loved one, from COVID-19 or from other causes, is always tragic, Briand explained. Each life is equally important and we should be reminded that even during a global pandemic we should not forget about the tragic loss of lives from other causes.
According to Briand, the over-exaggeration of the COVID-19 death number may be due to the constant emphasis on COVID-19-related deaths and the habitual overlooking of deaths by other natural causes in society.
During an interview with The News-Letter after the event, Poorna Dharmasena, a master's candidate in Applied Economics, expressed his opinion about Briand's concluding remarks.
"At the end of the day, it's still a deadly virus. And over-exaggeration or not, to a certain degree, is irrelevant," Dharmasena said.

When asked whether the public should be informed about this exaggeration in death numbers, Dharmasena stated that people have a right to know the truth. However, COVID-19 should still continuously be treated as a deadly disease to safeguard the vulnerable population.

From JHU where article was published: Briand was quoted in the article as saying, “All of this points to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above normal death numbers.” This claim is incorrect and does not take into account the spike in raw death count from all causes compared to previous years. According to the CDC, there have been almost 300,000 excess deaths due to COVID-19. Additionally, Briand presented data of total U.S. deaths in comparison to COVID-19-related deaths as a proportion percentage, which trivializes the repercussions of the pandemic. This evidence does not disprove the severity of COVID-19; an increase in excess deaths is not represented in these proportionalities because they are offered as percentages, not raw numbers.

China, Italy, Brazil, US, Europe – just compare the stories about high covid fatalities/sicknesses with the PM 2.5 pollution and voilá, you find life threatening levels of toxic particulate matter. Also called “Nano Particles”. You can change the date of the satellite data to match the horror stories about a non-existing virus.
There is no virus, but highly toxic particulate matter and millions of tons are intentionally dispersed into the atmosphere. You are supposed to croak. The owners of the planet want you dead and making a fortune from kicking your can down the road.

So according to Pfizer, Covid-19 does not cause death, but patients with Covid-19 may die if injected with their experimental therapy.

If there were no more people dying than usual, our hospital security guards would not have been traumatized by escorting so many bodies to the hospital morgue, which was also in refrigerator trucks outside out hospital. Many of us in the hospital got sick, some of us for almost three months. Long term fatigue and some memory problems have resulted.
It's a shame you were part of lying to people and preventing our country for getting this pandemic under control, just because you think you are so clever that you see better than doctors who have no reason to pretend peope are dying. Our hospital made much more money before we had to buy so much PPE and when we could have elective surgeries.

People could quickly and accurately research old newspapers, etc. My theory is that events like my following hypothetical started happening and so that search capability got cut down.
If you remember the scene from JFK when Prouty (American Hero!) was flying back from Antarctica, and stopped in NZ and there was an impossibly early JFK (shot? assassinated?) ! headline (similar to the BFM & in particular, the BBC on 9/11/2001). My theory was that folks back then went back and did a search of NZ newspapers from 11/20-25/1963 and quickly found that impossibly early headline. Thus ogle promptly got rid of the ability to do any remotely accurate search. Ogle also did a cover lie about 'copyright concerns' to shut down the continuation of that digitization service but they maintained that it would be left up. They did leave it up but took away to ability to do even the most simplistic searches, etc. No surprises; we know that. Another reason that even middle management at ogle HAS to realize they're working on the side of evil.

One of two things occurred here.
1. There never was a virus and a news media apparatus was kicked in to make sure a populace worldwide was convinced of a threat and terror. This is tantamount to negligent homicide, since people died because of media threat.
2. The virus was purposely released to make the masses miserable, create disruption in the economies, and create a level of doubt that would unseat the President of the United States. The vaccine was already available when the virus was released. China is an easy mark for this. Under this scenario, this action is tantamount to at the very lease second degree homicide if not first degree homicide. It is also tantamount to absolute treasonous action.

They will try to bury the data for as long as they can, but some people are paying attention and very smart analysts are also keeping track.
The bureaucracy dictated by protocols which are not based on science and which are aided by dubious tests makes it so that you have to use the COVID-19 label first when the real cause of death gets shifted as a secondary problem. It's just like I've observed. There's no pandemic as it's sold to us.
It's just the same usual when it comes to health practice, only that we are severely limited in terms of what we can do due to lockdown restrictions. Take for instance COPD which according to statista [Link] was the third leading cause of death worldwide, accounting for around 3 million deaths in 2016. Expect a drop in mortality in the COPD statistics for 2020 as everything gets relabeled as COVID-19. And let's keep in mind that a spirometry is one of the key tests that gives us information on how to manage and thus prevent mortality of COPD during the Winter. Yet in some regions we are literally banned from performing it or ordering it because of COVID-19. Death by lockdown, again.
It would be interesting to see a study taking into account the deaths of despair, mismanagement of COPD patients, cancer deaths, ETC from the lockdown, as it will surely become available in the future. Then it will be clear for future generations that these were indeed very dark times when ethical standards and principles of "First Do No Harm" were completely forsaken.

But he said you can go direct to the SC with several issues which he outlined where There is precedent. And SCOTUS Roberts has previously been involved so cannot really go against his own prior rulings.
Firstly where you can prove that a process disadvantaged one group of voters over another. Like drop boxes, like not equally allowing overseers. This has been used in the past with disadvantage to black voters over white voter ( the Jim Crow actions).
Secondly statistical representation can be introduced to show the likelihood of fraud. It does not have be specifically proven. Just the statistical evidence, like total votes mire than registered voters, like votes received before the requests were mailed. And also statistical deviations like trends that show spikes only in the big cities of swing states that do not agree with general trends in other counties. Etc.
Corsi did say he has relayed all this advice to the Trump team. His ebook was to outline the specifics.
