Doesn't that finally out him as the agitprop puppet he is ?Haha, exactly and it explains why he's consistently ignorant and stubborn when it comes to things that he likes to use to bash others.
Humans invented religion, to control humansThey also invented it to explain voices in their heads. Bicameral mind
That's the Great Mystery :DI congratulate you on your seeking of the truth. Many people hear voices or get messages from "the unknown" and assume it is something higher, you are wise enough to question that.
To me, the holy trinity represents that we are all one and separate in the One True God (as in Gnosticism) and are not our flesh. We are consciousness, individual, and everything all at once.
I'm a recovered Catholic who is more spiritual than ever, and my opinion on the matter tends to leave people wondering what the hell I'm talking about. But it all makes sense to me!
The bicameral mind is something I'm only beginning to explore. Sometimes I can clearly hear different voices as thoughts, not like auditory hallucinations, but as I'm thinking about something, sometimes the voice is female, sometimes it is male, sometimes it is forceful, sometimes it is timid. I don't know what it all means, but I'm determined to make sense of it.
This goes for any spiritual, religious, or acid/mushroom trip.... if you realize it's your subconscious, then you have access to a huge resource to work on yourself, instead of looking up to the sky to see god, you see who you are and you can be.
The Catholic Church was pretty much destroyed in the last couple of decades - in the West anyway. What are you saying here? I don't understand your argument. Are you resorting to a straw-man argument, instead of challenging your own catholic bias? You call people on their "mammom-worship", I'll call you on your religion then. Pfft
So, yeah, good job cheering on the mammon-worshipping Globalists.
Way to go being a troll. What are you saying here? I don't understand your argument.Gotcha!
Right after sane catholics exterminaded Cathars, started crusades and inquisition. Does not get any saner than that.It was sane because they were doing "gods work". But in realty it was quite similar to what the usa does today. Psychopaths can be religious too.
All religions were man made for purposes of power and control, and there are good and bad in all of them depending on individual intent. Fortunately no religion is necessary to have a relationship with God and seek His Truth directly. That is what Jesus did and that is what he taught. He never meant "follow me" literally, but follow my example, seek the truth and learn. We all have an inbuilt conscience; it is how God communicates truth to us. You don't have to believe me, but you can experiment with it.Bicameral mind theory says that these voices people heard were actually their own brains. [Link]
What I find amusing is that the words and deeds of the Fake Left have pushed a lot of sort-of-liberal thinking people into becoming Fake Conservatives. I mean, how many modern folk who now think of themselves as 'conservative' have actually started going to church? Like next to zero. Too embarrassing probably.Yeah, it's a sad sight to see how the sheeple when confronted with an unreasonable extreme left (fake left) turn to the side that is still against their ideas. Now we have states banning abortions and such because as the left defends extreme things, people sway to the right extreme. It was so well planned.
Gcarlin An interesting question for me is, OK, you've come out of the last 'ploughing time' as 'conservative', how do you now, in all practicality, go about becoming a christian? Its not that they become christian, it's that people tend to follow the norm, even if they flip flopped. I have quite a few co workers that were pro-labor, left leaning that turned Right (sick of the SJW crap) and now are blindly supporting the stupid shit like the anti-abortion stuff, while not realizing that wars are still going on and labor rights are being destroyed. Some of them who were raised catholic or christian but didn't practice, started going to church. It's the human need to fit into what you think is "working". But the cold fact is that it's NOT working.
Comment: His discussion with Dennis Prager is well worth watching in full:
