These days it must be relatively easy and standard procedure to discretely track weapons and military machines sold to others.
Technologically speaking it makes sense for nations selling military transportation to create back door computer code which can take over control thereby effectively creating an autopilot to be used ICE.
The merest possibility of this being the case makes it hard to understand why anyone would buy another nations military produce.
